Informative episode! For those who still want a ‘23 model-stalks and all-there are still inventory RWD vehicles available at $35k. The savings on those units make them a very tempting option.
What are disadvantages of leasing Tesla? I’m thinking of leasing for lower monthly payment, freedom to change to different Tesla in 2 or 3 years, and the tax credit
The price technically hasn't changed, but not being eligible for the 7500 at the dealership does make it more expensive. I mean, you can get a LR model Y for less than a LR model 3 now
I am kind of disappointed I was waiting for 2024 to get the POS because I dont make enough to realize the full 7500. But I guess now I can buy a model Y.
@@LuckyAeon The Chinese market will demand a refresh, at least same as for M3. Or else the buyers stars buying the Chinese cars even more. The Chinese market is a bit different than Europe and US.
Now the model Y is $2500.00 cheaper with the tax incentive than the model 3. I'll probably go with the model Y then but not buying until April 2024 so early days.
It's finally out and I can finally order my M3LR, but no incentives right now hurts. We all know Tesla will find a way to get at least $3750 back for the M3.
I am thinking like here in Canada with our Model Y Longe Range AWD which was the higher capacity 82KWH Panasonic (In April I received one of the last Fremont build Model Ys) verse 79KWH LG batteries form China the range would likely take a hit, I am at the moment assuming these are 2170 made by LG so that was the reason on losing the tax credit, or maybe new LFMP with manganese for better energy density, who knows!
Without the federal tax credit and without indicator stalks I really can't see Tesla selling many of these. Why would anyone chose this over the Model Y now the Model Y is significantly cheaper?
Tesla is using the Hankook Ion Evo on Highland. I think these are China built cars. There are several people out there that have spotted China built models in the US. I believe they also charge faster. Leasing is 100% worth it now because the $7,500 is put towards it. I will wait for the Performance model ⚡️😎 Francie definitely get one 😍🫶🏾

Thank You for All that you are doing for our Planet Earth.... Peace.. Shalom.. Salam.. Namaste 🙏🏻 😊 🌈 ✌ ☮ ❤
I got a M3 RWD in December. $36,600 new, with $7,500 back in tax rebates still. Made it a no-brainer.

Its like owning a home vs renting it.
Disadvantage that you are overpaying for rent and at the end you just give it away.
$35.990 today. Did they drop prices further ?
So there won't be a tax credit coming to the model 3 at all this year? I thought it was going to be a point of sale $3,750 off
No front camera? 👀
i am in boston (snowy in the winter). would you recommend the M3 standard range or long range just to save the $. thanks

Francie, wait and save money for the new MY Juniper. Will come out this summer.
If space is a priority then yes makes sense
If only the highland had a hatchback trunk..
That is just a guess

This summer? I could wait that long... but not sure if I could wait until 2025!
@@heyfrancie as musical genius/philosopher Tom petty once said
The waiting is the hardest part
Francie, u need Kia ev6. Used KIA EV6 around 35k with AWD and hatchback. And better interior than any model 3 or y. Kia warranty for 10y/100k
Hmmmmm I hadn't really considered the EV6 - not for any specific reason! I think I still need to research.

Wonderful car! I just got a MYLR.

We can stop calling in Highland it's just a new model 3
Wait for M3P+… get $7500😌
Are they coming out with a performance variant? I’ve heard rumors they will use carbon sleeved motors like in the plaid for better acceleration
Yes
When???
Summer time…😎
Hopefully the performance is faster 0-60 and comes soon.
No trade in value for a existing car…
No more stalks. But, I'm a total stalker.

Range is disappointing
Tftc.
Francis is a gorgeous woman ❤
