I live in a 62+ senior apt complex....and I hate it! I have been here 6 yrs. Don't move to senior housing if you are still young at heart and want to connect with the world in a joyful manner. Living around persons in their 80s abd 90s is no fun!
in senior housing? any raise in SS. & lower Medicare insurance & deductible REALLY MEANS you make more & your rent will go up to eat most all the raises you got.! any raise goes right back to SS very clever system. Every year your audited for new rent increase.
