Can you explain how the personal car garage works, with the elevators for the cars? Does each unit have its own elevator? If not, would there be a traffic problem to use the elevators? Just trying to understand, thanks

This would drive me crasy to catch an elevator whenever I needed to drive somewhere. and needing to constantly park the vehicle upstairs. Now, what happens when the vehicle cant start and needs to be towed ? I guess that never happen to these type of rides

I reckon the building will be an exact match for what most prospective buyers are looking for: status. It is however impossible to avoid a feeling of coldness and a lack of human touch which are typical of this market segment...

Love the design of the building. Also that cool car sculpture out in front of the building. The units look very nice. I recently saw a Bentley home store here in LA. Didn’t know they were into selling furniture too.
The presentation, units and amenities are absolutely amazing, but question the entry as guests would have to endure the rain or hot sun to enter the building rather than a shady covering for the drop off area. Also, is there valet service available for guests and residents?

Definitely an "Executive", modern, top of the line property. It feels like a really nice office building. Despite all this, it doesn't give warmth or comfort of a home.
You got it right but then it exactly matches what a typical buyer of these properties seeks: status...I reckon many will spend in there probably not more than just a few days per year. Impressive in many ways but not a home...
