All developments being built right now have public and green spaces plus all those other "community" areas he was talking about. Most have also started including conference rooms, work spaces, rooftop gardening, bike storage, dog washes and community kitchen areas. Also, since most New construction in urban areas are mutli-use buildings, there is also restaurants and retail shopping on main floors. It is all about making places as inclusive as possible and people working where the live. Thus, reducing driving or the need for a car, which is the end goal. That is the near future- Zero carbon emission, zero waste policy worldwide. Work where you live, digital currency, smart mega cities, smart meters and smart homes. No cars: use bike share, walk or public transportation and if you are lucky, Uber type services available using autonomous vehicles will be an option. Being implemented right now in a city near you.

I have been here multiple times. It's not much and the building has changed since this video. The sixteenth floor is beautiful and is the sunset deck. This deck bas a pool, spa area, gym, yoga room, theatre, lounge, and morw

this penthouse is one of the safest places to be in a hurricane likely, and if you're rich enough to own it you'd probably just fly to another house in this event. Keep in mind this was engineered with hurricanes in mind as well.

I know this building, I was living in Sunny isles. It is a big piece of shit !
When you arrive, the entrance with the letters porsche design is fucked up : a lot of pieces of metal are crushed. Some lights don't work, then you arrive on the trash dumpsters that is not very nice when you're coming back home. All the interior is ok but not crazy, and the maintenance is not ok when you see some green all around the windows on the facade !
They put all the money in the car elevator and nowhere else.
The swimming pool is very small for a such tower. There is only one and nobody to offer you a drink !!
The location is very bad, on the map it seems good, between Miami beach and fort lauderdale, but it is located at the end of sunny Isles, no stores around and the environment is ugly, like in shity hoods !
Hopefully, you can access the beach that is free...OHHH I forgot, the sand is very thick and sticky !
For 30m, go anywhere else in Miami !!

Living inside the tower with a carlift, why not to buy your own house instead ? Or if 5 cars will drive inside the tower, somebody gonna needs to wait ! It is really cool building but for 1 or 2 peoples only.
