Made these last week for easter baking! the bread was amazing. I didnt have the moulds so i made my own by rolling two sheets of paper into one paper cone, then rolling it in aluminium foil. worked like a charm ^_^ ( if you want more details on the homemade paper cones, search up 'bread cone recipe' on youtube and most videos would give you a visual walkthrough .)! the chocolate filling was too runny for me though, although it could be that i made a mistake. I filled mine instead with homemade lemon and coconut custard filling. it was divine!

Why do you add the butter in at the end? I’ve always been taught to melt it and add it in with the milk so I’m curious whether there is some benefit to adding it at the end? ☺️
Notice how her dough Is so perfect? She lets the gluten set first and so she doesn't need more flour 😊 modt just add all the wet together but this process makes for a lighter bread in my opinion, and Asians know how to make their bread so fluffy and soft 😊

I heard that butter can interrupt the formation of gluten, so it's better to put the butter after fully making a dough to contain enough gluten.
My mom always tells me not to add melted butter into bread dough. I really don't know why she put the butter into the dough after though.
you add it afterwards so it doesn't mess up the balance of wets and drys, because the flour would have to absorb it and then you'd need more flour.
