Hi, loved the talk. Yes, I find exercises helped me with my anxiety issues and now for eczema, am focusing on exercises. I figured out that my stress and sleep deprivation triggered my current episode of eczema. Hopefully, it will settle down.
These help my eczema: Yoga, sleep, Puritan flaxseed oil, Vit C with zinc, multivitamins, vegetarian diet, and of course, laughter is the best medicine. Thank you.❤❤❤
I am on stress my ezema effected now bit oky for the movement I doing some exercise what realy want is little dark skin I want to clear it to normal skin colour how can I pls reply
