    -Not everyone reacts equally to all 4 of these foods, so it is important to still track!
    -Food sensitivity tests are notoriously difficult to interpret in the pro-inflammatory state.
    -OK to re-introduce some of these foods, when time is right.
    You may consider a protease supplement (Top pick: PBenzymes.com).

    I healed my eczema by going on a 90% carnivore diet (grass-fed red meat and wild-caught fish). I believe gluten and refined sugar caused inflammation in my body. I also avoid seed oils, and corn-fed chickens to regulate and limit omega-6 in my body. … A decade as a vegetarian/ vegan has destroyed my gut due to the natural toxins in vegetables and beans, so I stay away from those, except for avocados. I eat certain fruits for carbs, sugars, and vitamin c. Vitamin d3 via supplement. Everyone’s body is unique and you really have to find the healing foods that work for you.

      @@carmelduran9812 thanks for the support! I honestly wish I could eat any whole food and live a healthy life. …. I’m trying my best to have fish be my protein staple and to use organ red meats, such as liver, for iron and other vitamins/minerals. I am very careful about from where the animals are sourced. I avoid grain-fed animals and commercial farms. It’s challenging but I think there’s nothing more important than the fuel we use to keep our supercomputer alive and healthy.

I just want to get rid of this!!!

    Dr Chanu Dasani;
    Everything you mentioned is true. I have a story to share; I grew up in a strict vegan environment before it was popular. As soon as I turned 18 I rebelled hard. Mom would say cows have 8 stomachs, we have 1 we were not made to digest dairy. She would say Whey is like pus and in everything. She had me reading labels off everything and she would say if you can’t pronounce it, it’s no good for you. (That now rings true to me)
    If it has 2 eyes and a anus don’t touch it!
    Me: at school lunch time drooling at the kid eating a Ding Dong across the table from me.
    My first apartment I filled up my cupboards like a candy store; Captain Crunch, Case of Reese’s peanut butter cups, Red Vines, Milk, eggs, cheese…
    Basically everything she preached against…not because I didn’t love my mom but because it felt like it was always in my face and although In the back of my mind I knew she cared about my health and wellbeing I think if she would have budged a little and let me try other things for myself as a kid I wouldn’t have rebelled so hard.
    She passed away and I miss her and wish I would have paid more attention to her because a lot of things she was saying back in the 60’s-80’s are now actually being proven and talked about which your video mentions quite a bit. Reversing addiction of all kinds is very hard. My mom didn’t have any wrinkles, her eyes and skin glowed and people often thought we were sisters.
    I am a smoker which I know stinks and is very bad for my health. I also have a major sweet tooth. And I can see I’ve brought on my own ailments…Eczema, Arthritis, high cholesterol, asthma…
    I wish I wasn’t so bullheaded and I wish I would have listened to mom, now I suffer with all sorts of pains and I can feel I am getting more frail, hot and cold sweats spike throughout the day everyday for the last 12 years and I’m less active, have a hard time with memory, have constant ringtones that ring in my ears, insomnia.
    I was hard working, healthy, athletic loved to hike,mountain climbing. Never been fat but now I’m not the healthy thin petite girl-I’m to skinny, my skin has a ashy grayish tone and wrinkles around the eyes and lips from smoking. I am sharing this because once you get sick life isn’t as enjoyable, you don’t feel like doing much the only thing you wish is that the aches and pains would go away.
    I wish I would have taken my health more seriously. I am not saying vegan is the way but clearly playing the better than this game~
    ( the Ding Dong or Strawberries? ) choose your food a little more mindfully or pay for it later in mega health care/hospital/prescriptions bills *healthcare isn’t getting any cheaper and if your a senior your screwed on a fixed income. I know my comment won’t persuade but life passes you by quickly and your asking yourself where did the time go? And all I can tell you is that you cannot buy you time. Thank you for sharing and I hope you don’t mind my kind of sharing.

      Yes you can keep trying to better yourself; some folks have a stronger will power than others. Some food/drug addictions are used to fill voids or depression. With that said I hope people struggling will get help or find a hobby they love doing to get their minds off the cravings.

    Thanks for the video. Thank you so much for offering the free course on your website and i will be checking that out. People who complain about the length of your video need to realize that it's important to understand the "whys". I will be trying urine therapy. I drank it daily for 2 days in combination of sitting in the sun exposing my eczema to the healing sun of vitamin D. Along with making my concoction of coconut oil, castor oil and Vicksburg vapor rub for the menthol that I read is good for it. I will remake with tea tree oil and camphor oil soon. I was using Trader Joe's Shea coconut oil but the chemicals in it didn't help. It's sad to give up some of my favorite foods but if that's what it takes I'm all in. Making my own almond milk. I'm thinking about fasting for 7 days too as I understand my old gut microbes will die and be replaced with healthier good ones. And when I am off the fast i will eat better, avoid certain foods and keep a food diary. God bless you 🙏

      I practice dermatology, I know about this and I tell this to my patients but its extremely hard to give up wheat. Its in so many things. Wheat products can even be found in cola and hotdogs. Some restaurants put pancake batter in their omelettes. Also, I've found that most patients don't know much about wheat. When I asked one patient to give up wheat she said she would switch from wheat bread to white bread. The majority of my patients are simply unwilling to make a major change in their diet.

      red meat, dairy, eggs, and refined gluten such as white bread can trigger eczema, so best to cut these foods out, i cut out meat, dairy and eggs and my eczema went, i’ve never had problems with refined gluten but a lot of ppl do, i think gluten intolerances and allergies tend to be genetic but i could be wrong whereas animal products are naturally inflammatory and dairy contains hormones too which can interfere with hormones in our bodies

So its been about 10-11 weeks since I eliminated sugar, dairy, eggs, gluten...taking probiotics...but still have permanent flare ups. Does it mean it didnt work for me? cause people here say that their skin cleared up within couple-few weeks. Thanks

    I'm Vegan and have been told by my GP that the reason why I have Eczema (on my Eyelids) is because of my Mother suffering from Asthma. What I notice is I get flare-ups if stressed. I buy Organic Food wherever possible and think of myself as having a healthy diet. Gentle Eye lotions soothe things short term but I'd love to cut to the core for the condition to then disappear.

      "Spelt" bread. Hard to find outside of a health food store that carries specialty breads. Ezekiel breads can be found in the frozen section of Publix and Walmart, and are not made from flour, but from sprouts. Good flavor, a bit dry, but not too bad. It's hard to find rye bread that doesn't have wheat flour in it. Does rye have gluten? I have to go check.

    Me personally, I have a VERY unique situation. I've had eczema since 2012. I workout etc. I have the kind of body type where I have to watch my carbs but can have a fairly high fat count. But the problem is with that diet, when I drop the carbs my eczema flares up HORRIFICALLY. But if I go against my genetics and drop my fat and increase my carbs (oatmeal). Yes I hold a ton of water BUT because of the water retention. It hydrates my hands from the inside out and I NEVER have a breakout..
    So I have a really unique situation. Should I go against my genetics and blood work and go high carb with oatmeal and not breakout or should I watch my carbs and keep breaking out?

    • @minoritymind
      @minoritymind 3 месяца назад

      Your body does not require carbohydrates, as misleading as the name may sound, to be hydrated. The oils from a high fat diet will keep your skill much more moisturized than water. rinse your hands in the sink with warm water. wait 15 minutes... they'll be dry. Rub your hands in a hand oil, then wait 15 minutes. point proven.

    after sufferring from eczema for 6 months, these are the recommendations I would suggest to eat and not to eat;
    To not eat:
    all the stuff that mentioned in the video (whey protein is the worst )
    To eat:
    1.) eat veggies but mostly cook with hot water not stream cooking
    2)lentils
    3.) food rich in health fats like salmon and so on
    like if you do a lillte bit research you would know.

Just saying don't eat anything except buckets of greens or small amounts of greens with supplements is not very useful advice. If you're going to say "cut out eggs and beef", give some better alternatives at the very least. If I followed this advice, I'd literally be consuming water, pasta and pills only...not exactly a riveting diet. I don't really eat many vegetables. For context, I'm 6'2, Male, 190lbs, and have had minor eczema since I was around 19 (I'm now 35). Of all the decades eczema has been around, it's fascinating to me we don't have an actual answer to what causes it.
