Probiotic Concepts
-The number of strains, or colony forming units, don’t typically matter
-The FREQUENCY of administration is the most important variable (aim for 2-4x daily)
-Yoghurt is a decent option for many people (yes, I realize it’s dairy), otherwise a probiotic capsule supplement. If you choose to go with yoghurt: try grass-fed A2, or fat-free/sugar-free Greek

This was very informative. 👏🏾
That was interesting research. Many thanks
Hey Dr I tried GNC and it improved my eczema :) I also cut diary , sugar and gluten by 80% ^^
Such informative videos. I am going to watch all your videos and change my diet! Thank you.
I believe this works but it would take a large database to evaluate which probiotic was necessary for which ailment. For example, I had painful cracks on my fingers that often happened after I ate, yet the dermatologist insisted that food has no connection to eczema. That sounded ridiculous to me so I tried Probiotics 60 Billion CFUs with 20 strains by Terranic's and noticed that if I took one with dinner the cracking didn't happen as bad. So I started taking one before each meal and about a month later the cracks healed. I also wondered about the frequency being more important than the quantity, so sometimes I opened the capsule and sprinkled part of it on my food, which seemed to work fine.
But darn if I didn't have an allergic reaction to wheat one day and now I have the red itchy typical type of eczema on my hands. The 20 probiotic strains aren't helping but maybe I need a different blend now?
Does anyone know of a good probiotic to help with eczema after a wheat allergy?
Doc there is no link for the supplement guide
Hi Dr!!! Great information!!! Can you please do a video on vitiligo!!!!!❤
Thanks doc, I’ve been trying Skinesa for a month now. After watching your video, I think I need to start a second to get my intake up. Probably should be eating more fiber to get my system working more as well. Thanks for the video!
Hello, did skinesa work for you? I am unsure if to try it.
@@bessieroman2704 I used it for 3 months and didn’t notice anything different then other probiotics. I just use cheaper now
Yes also curious if the skinesa was worth the cost or not?
Are you referring to Jarrow Formulas Jarro-Dophilus Gut Calm probiotic?
Hi, I was just wondering if you could recommend some probiotics to take I don’t see it in the notes??
Indeed. I was hoping to get some recommendations. Well, looks like we ALL must do our homework. To be fair, I got something out of this video.
Thank you for your program. I am taking 21st Century brand . Since long time I had Ecxema and after I started taking the Acidophilus Probiotic Blend, my ECZEMA started to heal. Thank you very much.
Thank you, Thank you. Krikor from California.

Garden of life. For skin has not worked well but I guess I haven't taken enough based on what you have said
We tried Skinesa for my son who has eczema and it did not work after 3 months. He was only taking it once a day though. Also tried Megasporebiotics cause it got such good reviews but didn’t notice significant improvement
I tried many of them I don't think any of them work and they all see one capsular day
Can yogurt and fermented foods actually colonize. I know probiotic pills don't.
is probiotics good for 3 year olds with eczema?
How do you have 2-4 bms daily? Herbs, supplements?
Not the same
Hmm, that Jarrow's Gut Calm formula had different strains in it. I found one called Nexabiotic Advanced that has the strains you mentioned.
Make sure to get a high quality product. Most store-bought probiotics have too low of microbe count (CFU). That is why some, like Dr. William Davis, recommend taking the proven strains of BioGaia Gastrus and making your own yogurt with it. The microbe count doubles every three hours while culturing.
1:54 I'm surprised you referenced that Cochrane article when the conclusion from it was:
"Evidence suggests that, compared with no probiotic, currently available probiotic strains probably make little or no difference in improving patient‐rated eczema symptoms. Probiotics may make little or no difference in QoL for people with eczema nor in investigator‐rated eczema severity score (combined with participant scoring for eczema symptoms of itch and sleep loss); for the latter, the observed effect was small and of uncertain clinical significance. Therefore, use of probiotics for the treatment of eczema is currently not evidence‐based."
REALY CRAZYYYY !!!
MANY SAID NOT RTUE ! FAKE NEWS ! JUST TO MAKE NEW FILMS IN CONTINUATION !!
Why can’t you just recommend without us going onto that link?
Classic sales technique
Where can we get the probiotic?
Pharnacies
L.Ruteri yogurt made at home works well for me. Nothing works completely, but it cuts the eczema in half. The only real cure I have found is to only eat meat, but I don't want to do that. It was the only time the eczema went away 100%. The probiotics help me digest and process vegetables at least partially.
If only eating meat is helping you keep eczema at bay, you could have Systemic Nickel Allergy Syndrome. That’s what I have. Meat, eggs, yogurt, potatoes are my primary foods now. Worth looking into. Good luck!
@@AdamJayTechnoElectro Thanks. I can eat eggs and goat or sheep yoghurt, but definitely not potatoes. I get so itchy from them.

Klaire's lab has a great probiotic for kids!!!! I've been giving it to my daughter since she was born and she is 4 now
L Paracasei is the best one for skin, IMO. I"ve had really good luck with this one for my seb. dermatitis. But listen to the doc, not me, I'm no expert.

Out of curiosity, what would be good information? What were you looking for? And to for what purpose?
