I didn’t think anything could help with my acne scars, but after listening to the subliminal affirmations on borlest for a while, I’ve started to notice they’re actually fading. It’s such a relief.
I grew up on raw milk and few years ago I started drinking raw milk again and I found it actually improved my skin a lot. (when I started eating keto/carnivore my skin completely cleaned up). When it comes to milk it depends a lot on your genetics. I'm from North Western European background so I do very well on milk. My African neighbors can't drink milk, they get sick with diarrhea .
you got that right, it depends on your genetics if you can tolerate milk or not. If you are from a certain area in Europe or Asia that has milk in their diet, you don't have to worry much.
I’ve always had bad skin, especially acne, and I was tired of trying all the expensive stuff. The subliminal affirmations on borlest have honestly been the one thing that’s made a real difference. My skin feels so much better now.
Grains are definitely one of the worse things you can eat. I had constant dry skin all the time, especially Excemza all over my body, Dr's said yeah we don't know what causes it and there's no cure, even tho we know that's a load of bollacks. Took dr berg advice and my skin back to normal. I just have the scars from it like little lines. Dr berg I have a before and after which i would love to show you for you as I know you like seeing people Transition and you're a hugh inspiration! Absolutely love you to bits! Got my mum, ex partner on keto watching your content daily and also buying your amazing supplements! Even at work I tell people all the time about you if health gets mentioned. Honesty you've made my life so better ❤ Sometimes I eat pizza as its my favourite food and no one over here makes healthy pizza, so then I can see it slowly coming back but I always get it back to normal, I do treat myself once in a blue moon with junk 😆
@XqFlixZx I know it's very challenging. Food addiction is real. But just remember : " You are the one putting it in your mouth. No one else is". Self control is the key. Good luck.
Good morning Dr Berg, This is so true. I changed my food and it changed my life within few months and I'm 60. doesnt need a lotion anymore, my hands were so dry I needed lotion all the time, Anyone has any skin or other health related issue, just get on Keto. Thank you Sir.
Went keto 6 months ago, no sugar, no grains, n I also cut out other ingredients. My skin is the clearest it’s been my WHOLE LIFE. never thought I would be at a point in my life where I no longer get acne!
Our staple diet is rice and wheat ... Wat should we eat if we want to replace these grains? Any suggestion wat u took after eliminating grains from your diet
huhuhu same. even my co-workers noticed my skin, and asked me what im doing. then i got off keto, and everything went haywire again huhuhu. now, i'm on DIM and magnesium, and it's more tolerable
65 years here, lift weights/cardio 5x week. OMAD etc. Plenty of clean water, supplements, organics etc. I get compliments on my velvety skin at the Y all the time. My secret, besides my routine: Organic coconut oil. I cover myself in it every morning before I work out and massage my scalp and beard with it before steam/sauna after my workout, so it soaks in really well. Then a shower, but I don't try to wash it all off. It's unbelievable, though I'm sure genetics come into play too. Love you Dr. Berg!!
When I started to get serious about cutting out the glyphosate laced foods and going mostly organic my eczema cleared up and never came back. Glyphosate causes leaky gut as it kills the good gut flora and messes with the immune system (which is mostly in the gut) causing autoimmunity.
To be honest, I didn’t expect much from the subliminal affirmations on borlest, but my skin has improved so much. I’ve had fewer breakouts and it’s looking clearer every day. So happy I found this!"
A lot to agree on here Dr. Eric. This is pretty much what I DON'T do every day with some finesses added to it as my experimenting progress. It's exiting what food can do to the human body in terms of sense of well being, health and performance. In that order I found. As a child and a young adult I had no clue and sense of this hidden world playing its part on my body. I just couldn't feel it. So much else to think about. My help came in the form of foods and the good old torture. Torture for not feeling ok added a bonus of me not getting the flue, cough or clogged nose in what is now going to be my 4th year which then led to me performing well also. The torture I felt when eating many of the the wrong foods you mentioned above was making me stop eating it because I'm a sissy who can't deal with pain. Please don't ask me how that works it just is for me.
great video ... very useful . I have skin issues for past 3 years . I consumed lot of wine, nuts , sugar during covid with more stress. Doing one day a meal for the last couple of weeks. and I see the results slowly.
Dr. Your content has been keeping me a lot more aware of what I’m consuming. Can you do a talk about athletic greens and it’s pros / cons ? And how to fit it within the diet ?
Honestly, my skin has never looked this good. Whether it was breakouts or rough texture, the subliminal affirmations on borlest helped smooth everything out. It’s amazing how much has changed!
Mr. Berg - Thanks for the research and right choices you shared with all of us. I feel like for the most part I’m being transported to all the meals my mom used to prepared when I was growing up. I just realized that most of our health issues came from the daily life (Fast Food) and wrong diets during the 90’s and early 2000’s. I’m seeing results. Thanks, Cesar Pearland, TX
I've had periods in my life when I've given up dairy products and gone vegetarian. Today I'm eating dairy again as part of a kind of carnivorous "diet" (although I don't like the word). I eat mainly meat, fish, dairy products, honey and fruit. Hardly any vegetables and no cereals or starches. As far as dairy products are concerned, I consume unpasteurized raw milk from good farms, and the difference between this and a pasteurized non-organic skimmed milk from a supermarket is like night and day. The taste of the raw milk is very good and this milk doesn’t give me acne at all
I never had acne. For the last several decades I have taken vitamins like E and A and omega 3 along with many others. At 74 I show little sign of wrinkling skin. I swim most days for exercise and am in the sun a lot. I just turn brown, dark brown. I'm glad my father was Italian. 😅😂 The UV index here is very high even "extreme," this year. Doing the things Dr. Berg says will keep you healthy. When you are healthy you will be happy.
Chocolate candy was my nemesis and I didn’t even realize it. It was my go to stress food during my tax prep season. I figured it out when I had a long stretch without it and noticed my acne completely cleared. I eat it in moderation now, as a treat not a food group 😅Don’t eat many sweets anymore either.
TO THOSE WITH ACNE READ THIS > ...... Milk and dairy is the culprit for many! Not just that, but the hormones given to the cattle do something that makes the milk make acne.... It took me till about 20 to figure it out. Im selling you nothing, just giving you a test to find out if that is the cause for you...... That test would be to cut all, and I mean ALL dairy! For at least 3 days, make it a week if you can, ( but you will notice improvements sooner...) but cut all dairy, be vigilant, remember when you do this it is a test so you know..... Dr. Berg did mention this in brief at 6:40 ... Try it if you have acne, so at least you can control it by what you eat.....
More than once, you’ve posted a video about something and it’s been exactly what I needed to hear!🎉😮 Thank you for all of the work you do to get this information to the people!👏
I have bad skin (rosacea) and 8:00 is my diet, lol. I've known for a long time the connection between good skin and diet, but my addiction to junk food has prevented me from sticking to just healthy eating. I do have some sensitivities to even 'good' foods so it has always been a challenge to start a new diet. But this video is a great motivator to try again!
I had acne already in a very early age but it turned out to be an allergic reaction to boar meat my dad was a hunter we ate a lot of boar meat. Until I turned 39 someone told me about this allergy also to pork meat I stopped immediately and my acne almost disappeard later I started low carb then keto diet now of course I am "old" the scars are still there but getting better.
Just thought I would share my experience with my skin. Sometimes I would say my symptoms are psoriasis like, other times it seems more like rosacea. Been dealing with it for a long time. So far, the clearest skin I’ve ever had was when I did carnivore for 30 days recently. This includes intermittent fasting, sobriety, taking D3/K2 20,000 IU and fish oil everyday also. Zero veggies, zero carbs/sugar, and zero fiber. I have many plant food sensitivities.
Carnivore helped me a lot too. I also am sensitive to plants, especially potatoes. I think I will have to reduce or cut out the dairy next time though as I did not completely clear up. The best part of carnivore was that my skin had such great color (usually I am pale) and I got muscular with zero workouts.
I take krill oil for my omega 3's. Krill oil, like fish oil, is a rich source of omega-3s, and it also offers antioxidants and vitamin A. Fish oil contains more omega-3s than krill oil. Krill oil, on the other hand, has the advantage of having a lot of phospholipids, which help your body better absorb omega-3s. Also, there isn't that awful fishy taste of cod liver oil and fish oil supplements. Hey, Dr Berg, maybe you could do a vid on krill oil. Dr Mercola seems to think very highly of krill oil. yeah

Japanese eat tons of rice and they have some of the best skin around. They also eat lots of vegetables and fish, green tea. They don't eat much sugary junk food or meat though
Rice is a filler after eating the protein and vegetables, if you eat all the rice in a bowl you host will be offended as this implies you were not provided enough food. Also Asians in Asia have great skin because it's humid most of the time, their skin does not dry out.

The Process of Healing is never a straight line; we _learn the most from our setbacks_ not our successes. Ironically, without the setbacks we'd take longer overall to Heal. I've recommended Dr. Eric Berg's channel to many people. Of course we know how saturated people are with channel recommendations. One man that has always had an interest in natural health does ask me "Did you get that information from your doctor online?" The answer is "Yes". My friend is interested in this channel.
I love your delivery of information! You make it all easy to see in our lives and understand in our choices. Thank you and I'm blessed to have found your channel! One question. Is pure natural stevia ok?
I used to drink alcohol, small amounts but I had to wear makeup everyday or else I felt like my skin looked horrible. I stopped drinking alcohol and doing fasting, following Dr. Eric Berg and eating healthy and now I only wear a little bit of make up for specific occasions. I have also lost weight, my state of mind has never been better. I can think clearer and I am overall more energetic. I could go on, but this sums it up. Finally, I had gotten to the point where I was worried about my health all the time and scared that something was wrong with my body. I no longer feel that way.
If i could have my time again and educate myself on diet to fix my skin instead of going to a dermatologist to get accutane my life would be unbelievably better. My diet is has made me feel incredible and my skin is great as long as i stick to it. Accutane unfortunately destroyed the glands in my eyes and i cant stress enough how much you dont want this to happen, acne you can fix. Meibomium gland disorder is not curable. Eyes are so much more important. Do not go to the dermatologist as the initial fix for acne. Acne is just a blatant sign something is wrong with your diet. I eat pasture raised eggs, grass fed beef and wild caught salmon as well as low gi fruits and some lower omega 6 tree nuts and i feel great. Its more along the lines of paul saladinos diet and has thrown in a bit of dr bergs teachings such as high fat intake and taking out seed oils to cook with and replacing it with olive oil and beef fat but overall it makes a huge difference to my skin as ironically after being on accutane acne still plays a huge part of my life.

I've recently found out that I have a terrible reaction to Whey protein powders. It makes me itch. I've tried several different types - and each time, I have a big issue. I'm hoping i'll be able to continue to eat cheeses/yogurt. Haven't drank milk in years.
Long-time watcher, Dr., as always, thank you. I am 53, and I am trying to build more muscle mass along with HIIT and weight resistance training. For strength and capability, as well as fat-burning potential with resting metabolic rate. Therefore, I have questions about protein powders, because it's impractical for me to be only intaking eggs and meat proteins after my lunchtime workouts. I do eat sardines, and leftover chicken or pork, but I don't think I'm getting enough protein from just those (I am intaking my greens, too). Articles on the internet show that whey protein is the best in terms of absorption and muscle growth, but then I reviewed this video. I am intaking these right now, but I was about to either order plant-based or whey protein next, but do you think these are okay? - pure coconut protein? - pea protein? I mix these pure forms with pure cocoa and stevia so they're palatable. Any recommendations is appreciated!
Most of the focus of DB's guidance is looking loss of excess body-fat. Muscle building is a different thing as I'm sure you are aware of the need to trigger insulin. However better animal-protein choices would IMHO help you long term for both muscle AND health: www.youtube.com/@DrEricBergDC/search?query=whey%20

So so so true. Once I stop taking sugar, my skin is on a whole new level. This observation made me avoid sugar totally but this video has enlightened me much more on what really goes on with it.
Thanks Dr Berg
I didn’t think anything could help with my acne scars, but after listening to the subliminal affirmations on borlest for a while, I’ve started to notice they’re actually fading. It’s such a relief.
I grew up on raw milk and few years ago I started drinking raw milk again and I found it actually improved my skin a lot. (when I started eating keto/carnivore my skin completely cleaned up).
When it comes to milk it depends a lot on your genetics. I'm from North Western European background so I do very well on milk. My African neighbors can't drink milk, they get sick with diarrhea .
A2 casein milk improves my health, too. Not all milk is equivalent, for sure. Cows in Europe mainly produce A2 casein milk.
How / where can you find RAW milk in the USA? The FDA NAZIs have made the sale of it a crime
you got that right, it depends on your genetics if you can tolerate milk or not. If you are from a certain area in Europe or Asia that has milk in their diet, you don't have to worry much.
L7⁷⁷llp
My younger brother is lactose intolerant, but he can drink raw milk with no problem whatsoever. He can also eat cheese made from raw milk.
Honesty you've made my life so better ❤
Sometimes I eat pizza as its my favourite food and no one over here makes healthy pizza, so then I can see it slowly coming back but I always get it back to normal, I do treat myself once in a blue moon with junk 😆
Cheat meal it. Once a week, have a slice or two.
@zzygyy once a week I get to addicted so that wouldn't be good 🤣🤣
@XqFlixZx I know it's very challenging. Food addiction is real. But just remember : " You are the one putting it in your mouth. No one else is". Self control is the key. Good luck.
It's insane how many so called doctors have no clue, our society is so brainwashed
For years my various doctors told me there was no solution to rosacea.
Thank you for enlightening me !
Good morning Dr Berg, This is so true. I changed my food and it changed my life within few months and I'm 60. doesnt need a lotion anymore, my hands were so dry I needed lotion all the time, Anyone has any skin or other health related issue, just get on Keto. Thank you Sir.
Wonderful! Well done!
Went keto 6 months ago, no sugar, no grains, n I also cut out other ingredients. My skin is the clearest it’s been my WHOLE LIFE. never thought I would be at a point in my life where I no longer get acne!
Can you give me some advice on beginner keto? I’m trying to clear my skin
Our staple diet is rice and wheat ... Wat should we eat if we want to replace these grains? Any suggestion wat u took after eliminating grains from your diet
@Jennifer-dc9ig thank you 🙏🏽 I appreciate your advice I’ll give it a try!! Maybe once I clear up Ill keep you updated!!
@Jennifer-dc9ig and also is selsun blue a shampoo?
huhuhu same. even my co-workers noticed my skin, and asked me what im doing. then i got off keto, and everything went haywire again huhuhu. now, i'm on DIM and magnesium, and it's more tolerable
When I started increasing fats like eggs and olive oil daily my skin tolerated stuff like tretinoin and skincare so much better. No more itchy neck :)
Fats are absolutely necessary for all around health. Fat demonisation was a lie
❤THANKS FOR YOUR COMMENT DEAR I GOT SOME KNOWLEDGE FROM THAT ❤😊😊😊
To be honest, I didn’t expect much from the subliminal affirmations on borlest, but my skin has improved so much.
Well done Dr. Eric Berg. I enjoyed your lecture. Amazing , incredible and extra ordinary lectures you are delivering..May you live long.❤❤❤
Once I changed my diet to keto along with IF, quit wine and alcohol. My skin has cleared up significantly.
Have you made video on eczema? I didn’t realize how many people suffer severe eczema and keeping it at bay is difficult.

Thanks,

Hi Doc! thank you for the tips. Stay safe.
Sure. Happy to share these tips. Have a nice day!
Wow 😳 no doctor ever told me that my rosea is because of a destroyed gut 😢 thanks for sharing your knowledge ❤
You're welcome. Glad to share this info.
I am in South Africa 🇿🇦I started Keto 2weeks ago my Skin on my face was a mess but now its glowing and all the Blemishes are gone
Thanks to Dr Berg
Yep! Same for me. I looked sooo much older before
Wonderful!
South Africa is the best place to be keto delicious meat and Amasi! 🇿🇼
The taste of the raw milk is very good and this milk doesn’t give me acne at all
It's like we can't eat most of the foods these days
I wish I could find a doctor locally like this.
Thank you so much! You have helped me a lot with my menopause issues! Here from Brasil 🙌🏼🇧🇷
Glad to help!
I never had acne. For the last several decades I have taken vitamins like E and A and omega 3 along with many others.
At 74 I show little sign of wrinkling skin. I swim most days for exercise and am in the sun a lot. I just turn brown, dark brown. I'm glad my father was Italian. 😅😂
The UV index here is very high even "extreme," this year.
@heleneketoif Thank you!
These videos helped me. It is nice to see so many other people watching. 100k+ in less than a day
Thank you, Dr. Berg. I am also in your field and can confirm all of the information in your video is accurate and valid.
Thank you very much. Appreciate your comment.
Same!
This video helped me treat my acne significantly, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! 🙌❤️
That's great. Glad this helped you. Take care.
Perfect and comprehensive as always. Thank you.
Glad you liked it.
Dr Berg has got like a rock star/hero/messiah/genius thing going. God bless The Berg🤗🎸✝️

Is Oatmeal bad for the skin?
I did notice that COD liver oil does really help with dry lips
Thank you Dr. Burg,
This information is much needed for society. 😊
I cut out all dairy my freshman year of high school, my skin cleared up, and I have had beautiful skin my entire life.
The best Dr. Ever Dr. Berg l watched this 20 times .this video.
I appreciate your support! Glad you liked the video!
Dr Mercola seems to think very highly of krill oil. yeah
Thanks Doctor for the video. Since i suffer from unnaturally dry skin and atopic dermatitis this video is a great help!

I cut out all sugars and processed food from my diet and I still had acne. It was only when I was 24 and I stopped eating oats when I got rid of my acne. And I was told my entire life oats are incredibly healthy...
Coconut Oil for basic skin moisturizing- esp. the face , is all you really need for an external application, and castor oil is great as well
I totally agree with you, make a HUGE positive difference.
Pea and quinoa plant based protein is what I take, is that bad for my skin too?
can you please point me to the articles/videos
I want to know it too
Thank you for the amazing advice Doctor Berg!!!!!
Glad you found it helpful!
Thats right im on nexium for Esophagus ulcers and my skin is a mess and paracetamol for arthritis skin so dry that it's sore itchy allover

Thank you berg, I have psoriasis. Been trying your glutamine on empty stomach and been trying your keto plan, however I had a relapse on alcohol over the weekend and also binged fast food so my progress has been halted, I’m back on it since yesterday il let You if any improvements this week.
Does glutamine works for u...I too have psoriasis😢
The Process of Healing is never a straight line; we _learn the most from our setbacks_ not our successes. Ironically, without the setbacks we'd take longer overall to Heal. (Caps to indicate I'm not just referring to conditions like psoriasis but of every pursuit and, actually, of the purpose of Life itself.) *_Setbacks are really Setaheads._* So, press on toward the Mark and you'll make it!
I healed psoriasis with keto. But u most stay away from sunflower oils and seed oils. God bless

Cows in Britain graze on fresh grass in the pastures most of the year. Their milk is good, particularly from organically raised herds and I won’t be giving it up! Full fat milk is really good for overall hydration and good skin. 🤓👍
Same here in Ireland. Our milk butter and cream from grass fed beef is excellent.
I've recommended Dr. Eric Berg's channel to many people. Of course we know how saturated people are with channel recommendations. One man that has always had an interest in natural health does ask me "Did you get that information from your doctor online?" The answer is "Yes". My friend is interested in this channel.
Thank you for sharing valuable information with us
Awesome! Glad it was helpful.
I love your delivery of information! You make it all easy to see in our lives and understand in our choices. Thank you and I'm blessed to have found your channel! One question. Is pure natural stevia ok?

Thank you Dr. Berg👑🏆
Most welcome!
Thank you Dr. Berg. Grateful.
This is wonderful advice, Dr Berg. Beautiful skin starts with a healthy diet. Thank you 🙏🏻
If i could have my time again and educate myself on diet to fix my skin instead of going to a dermatologist to get accutane my life would be unbelievably better.
0:54: Low fat foods can make your skin look unhealthy and lack essential nutrients.
1:49: Sugary foods can contribute to acne and skin problems.
5:49: Soy protein isolates can cause bloating, skin problems, headaches, indigestion, fluid retention, obesity, and diabetes.
6:42: Milk and whey protein powder can contribute to skin problems, including acne, due to the hormones present in milk.
7:00: Consuming low-antioxidant foods, such as processed and junk food, can lead to skin damage.

Sir pls make video on amoebic colitis or amoebiasis...
@helenketo251 ok fine thanks a lot😊👍🏼
