Hello Doc. I have pretty bad eczema for 7 years in my the palms of my hands and the sole and heels of my feet. Not sure why these places and not my elbows, for example. I take supplements like vit. D, cod liver oil, and a few others, but it is not getting better. I can't have any cheese, white bread or anything with preservative. If I become a vegan and eat like a rabbit for a while, is there a possibility to have this reversed?

Mine started around 2019 and the doctors gave me quick fix vaseline and topical steroids. It could be internal stress, allergy to certain foods or / and external factors like weather conditions, dust mites, fragrances and soap. Blood test or allergy test might be helpful

he is right i use to have a very bad gut when i use to seborrheic dermatitis.But after curing my gut i cured my seborrheic dermatitis
doctors prescribed me steroids lotions but i havent use them
only thing is to think that why

My sister had this and received a type of ight therapy that improved it massively. Was caused by stress she believes.
