I see the correlation with disease and fermented foods…I was just diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis…and with this disease theres always a piggy back disease…but I’m gonna do this fermented foods challenge…I just took a refrigerated probiotic…and next I’m starting to plan out breakfast and fermented foods through out my day!….I’m excited thank u Doc!!

Because all disease starts in the gut…the only reason my Son doesn’t have rheumatoid arthritis is because he eats fermented foods…but he does have MS…he needs to eat more fermented foods throughout the day along with healthier foods…
Just add fermented foods through out the day and try and eat a clean diet…you don’t have to become a vegan…eat your greens and add a fermented food to each meal…
Your video's promise a lot but deliver almost nothing. I even filled in my Emailadress, got a link back which led to : nothing! Please stop with your activities this way, it only consumes our time. Seen by the number of looks & followers it brings you nothing either. Recommendation for this video: skip eluding so munch on DNA and epiginetics, most of us know what they are. Give lots of good tips and examples of diet, digestion, sleep, stess and exercise. Eg. What is your difference between diet and digestion?
