      It has to do with your micro biome - the mix of bacteria that live in your gut. The relative mix can make a difference in how they do (metabolize) some of these proteins. Some types of foods are better/nurture the favorable bacteria.

      Maybe some people can't break down the food like they used to when they were younger?? Then the partially digested proteins trigger an immune response.

    While there are certain foods that are inflammatory for everyone with RA, there are others that apply only to that individual. The best way to establish this is to go on an elimination diet, introducing new foods slowly. That way you find out about your own food sensitivities and triggers for pain.

    Eggs meat and milk also have to do with how that they're processed. If the animal is eating wheat gluten in corn and the item like milk is homogenized he kills all the enzymes in the food. Grass-fed eggs butter and meet our best when you reintroduce them back into your diet. If the animal eats crap then you eat the animal guess what?

      There is protein in veg and grains. Each is not a “complete protein “ or the ratio/mix of our essential amino acids. There are classics, like beans and rice - that “complement” each other or “fill in the essential amino acid gaps of the other food to be “complete protein.”
      Once you are stable, you can introduce these groups small amounts, one at a time to see how you respond.
      Careful: some oat products can have small amounts of gluten (wheat protein) due to the plants used for processing.
      Oh: quinoa is a grain quite high in protein and fiber- and as easy to cook up as couscous although I am lazy and use my rice cooker. Try Amaranth- the leaves are like spinach. The grain is good for protein, too.

    • @MindGutImmunity
      @MindGutImmunity  2 года назад +8

      Most of the benefits of a "carnivore diet" have to do with the low glycemic index of the food. The problem with most plant based diets, is that they ignore this very important consideration. Fiber (and the ratio of fiber to sugar) matters a lot. And fiber itself provides the colon with short chain fatty acids. It's one of the essential phytonutrients, and prevents elevations in blood sugar.
