1 1/2 Cup Lemon or Lime Juice
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Ponzu Sauce
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
3 Tablespoons Maggi Seasoning
1 Small Can V8 Juice (5.5 Oz)
1 Cup Clamato Juice
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1 Chopped Cucumber
2 Chopped Tomatoes
1/2 Chopped Purple Onion
1/2 Small bunch Cilantro Finely Chopped

Haha when you said that you only eat ceviche if you have a hangover in the morning. But my family every sunday was have green chilli ceviche hmmm. Im in the Marines and 100 miles away from home and I was just text my mom on how I missed her cooking and i couldn't make it for Thanksgiving. But watching you're videos makes me feel like I'm home even if I'm not. You make me happy and even if i don't get many hours of sleep , i always take the time to watch at least one video beginning to end! 💗. I just learned how to make ceviche - yes, from you ladies, thank you - and i can't get enough either...I crave it often. Nothing bad in there at all to hurt anyone in any way. I have people who are allergic to shellfish, so i have to use fish, but my body loves this meal - at any time of the day. So, Ceviche Negro! Now i'll have to try to get all those ingredients... something to look forward to!! thank you!

I used to make ceviche alot when I lived on the coast in Freeport, Texas. Some fresh Mahi tuna is one of my favorites in ceviche.
