Made this today exactly like recipe, I used Cotija cheese instead of queso fresco and heavy whipping cream instead of half and half. At the end before oven, I sprinkled dried onion....OMG it's so good!! 😋😋💕

I ended up splitting the sauce in half and adding crushed tomatoes to my kid and ladys as they are mild only . So pretty and flavorful !!

I love the relationship you guys have! I am the youngest of 5 kids in my family, 4 girls and one boy. I talk to two of my siblings. It’s really sad and I really hate it but I finally had to draw boundaries or I would continue to get hurt by my siblings. I have maybe 20 years of life left and just can’t handle their ways so I chose to stay away from them. I have two siblings that I have a really great relationship with and I’m very thankful for that. I’m on a weight gain journey this year and my digestive tract has been through a lot. I’m looking for recipes to meal prep with so I don’t have to think about cooking 3.5k calories worth of food everyday and it’ll just be ready to pop in the oven, air fryer, or microwave. I love onion and we always do it in a few other enchilada dishes I make, so I might add this next time. Either cooked with chicken or sauteed with the butter before adding the flour. The sauce is so delicious! And we always do the tortillas in oil as well. Thank you for sharing!

After Thanksgiving one year I took my turkey and shredded it up made a regular red sauce and yeast flour tortillas to roll my turkey or use the burrito size flour tortillas and rolled them in the enchiladas put the sauce with the cheese on top bake it turned out great
I just made this. I’m eating it as I type this. It’s excellent! I added some salt and some green chilis to my sauce too. And then I am using the green pepper Cholula hot sauce. It’s divine. Thanks so much!

So I made your delicious recipe last night. Well, I effed them up 🙊 I didn't have enough sauce for the top. So they were a little dry compared to yours. But I saved the dish by covering the top with cheese! I used the mexican blend shredded and some mozzarella. I toped then with guacsalsa y poquita salsa fresca. Every loved them! Definitely going to make them again, soon, and nailed it! Like u 😉❤️

I just made this. I’m eating it as I type this. It’s excellent! I added some salt and some green chilis to my sauce too. And then I am using the green pepper Cholula hot sauce. It’s divine. Thanks so much!

I have been watching you for almost 2 years and LOVE you, your attitude, personality, peppiness is on POINT...Not trying to be a “Troll” but you guys need to stop apologizing, and saying “this is what I do for my family”. Meaning who cares what the rude negative comments are. Everyone on any type of social media gets them! It just seems every time I watch you, you both sound defensive and I stopped watching for 3 months because it was annoying me. So I made your delicious recipe last night. Well, I effed them up 🙊 I didn't have enough sauce for the top. So they were a little dry compared to yours. But I saved the dish by covering the top with cheese! I used the mexican blend shredded and some mozzarella. I toped then with guacsalsa y poquita salsa fresca. Every loved them! Definitely going to make them again, soon, and nailed it! Like u 😉❤️
I made these last night. My sauce was a little thick and I didn’t want to over due it with the chicken broth.

I just made these tonight and your recipe for refried beans both were absolutely delicious! The quick oil bath on the tortillas is worth it, if you make this don't skip that ! They were probably the best enchiladas I've ever made! And the beans were exactly what I was craving to go with them tysm!
