Wow 😳 this video helped me a lot i started crying because I'm in a relationship For 4 years and i have done everything i can for him and he talks to many women treats me like trash verbally abusive and on top he homeless i have slept in the street donate blood for money and everything i do isn't enough and it's time to walk away and find my self worth and re love myself again 💪💪📍📒🖋️📍
Omg that's awful. You can only do so much. Put that love toward yourself! You can do this!!!!! It may be hard but ask for help and don't give up!❤ imagine your new happy life ! Good luck!
Please don't put your blood sweat and tears into someone that does not have their own vision especially if it's been proven over a period of years. You cannot fix him, He is the one who has to fix himself and not you or anyone else is going to do it.
Now take all that that you've learned and move forward and create a new you. Don't count it as a failure count it as a learning experience if you're young and have no children you have so many possibilities and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
You can make the change! You are worth it

I am smart enough now. I deliberately choose to get up on my first alarm. No more snoozing.. i choose to think about how I think. Now I deliberately choose to catch my negative and limiting beliefs and choose to think of what im grateful for and what is positive in my life.
I am deliberately visualizing myself as who I dream to be and for 30 seconds im going to feel like I am worthy. Im going to feel smart enough for 30 seconds. Im going to feel loved and cherished and successful.

My limiting belief is that I'm not good enough, not smart or savvy enough and I have been isolating myself instead of forming a Decluttering and Organizing business.
Omg, just found this ... i am at the point where i don't even try to hide the depression & anxiety anymore. Probably a cry for help. I recognize i cheer for others but never for me. I stand up for others, but never for me. i have such a long list of these default neg bad beliefs. i have a lot of hard work ahead. Do i tackle one at a time or all together?

My limiting belief is "I don't deserve.." I am basing my entire life around the person I was before I turned 13. I need to accept the past, realize my family did the best they could with the life experiences they had and let myself start changing. It's okay to change and I am willing to change.

My limiting belief is Being afraid of failure and that I will never be enough, which will not let me get my business up and going. Keeps me from getting healthy again, because as everytime in the past I failed at getting healthy. Which is why I have to do it again and again. Life just seems to always be a mess.
Always wonderful and consistent advice. I accomplished so much last year, yet I insisted on beating myself up at the end of it. I realized that my subconscious fears really needed to be looked at and released.
To help, I would love to recommend Gary Zukav's book, "the seat of the soul". It opened my eyes when he talked about how our actions and choices create our karma. Our thoughts and desires do not create our karma but our actions do.
That I am not worthy of being loved . That I have to prove myself .by people pleasing in order to be wanted around .
I agree. I think I’m not smart enough or I’ll never get there. But In hind site I’ve accomplished so much and was stollen from me from family. I’m going forward again. But must get rid of my default.
That everything good will be taken away (ingrained into my psyche by my mother who lost her mother when she was 12, and adopted this belief and then passed it onto me, the 1st child, because that is how she has lived her life...in fear) so therefore I do not deserve anything good.

I thoroughly enjoyed this video. It was very helpful. I will say that for me, Identifying 5 goals daily is a lot. I felt overwhelmed at the idea of having to identify what it would take to achieve each goal, making it really hard to focus on any one.
A long time ago, I trained myself not to look at info (news, email, etc.) on my phone an hour, or even longer, before before I go to sleep.
And as for when I wake up, I only look at the info on my phone AFTER I've done my morning routine and I'm getting ready to sit down for coffee. That's the time that I then look at the info on my phone, which is usually about 1 1/2 hours after I wake up.

Sometimes also, that in too tired. I have a blood disorder that makes me fatigued, and so sometimes I’ll procrastinate because I can feel myself getting tired or I know I will be instead of just working until I’m actually tired.

If I may offer a suggestion... :
Foul language. I am wondering if it's necessary, since there's been times I'd like to share something with someone.
I don't, at times... due to the choice of language. I feel that the spoken word is such a powerful tool, and a powerful message .... but is it necessary to use F - bombs, etc. It takes away from certain aspects of the conversation and the message that is being imparted.
It's your Channel, I just find that swearing may not be conducive to really reaching some that need to hear and process your message. ( Teenagers ,us " older ones" that don't find Foul language appealing ). My Grandmother told me once ( as I teenager ) " that Foul language was attempting to express oneself forcefully but not effectively. "
I am familiar with all you spoke of, I don't consider any of those things " Woo woo".... it's the Universe showing us what we need to pay attention to.

I intentionally choose to NOT own a "smart" phone, so it's a non-issue for me. A flip phone is all I need & I highly, highly recommend it. I also turn the sound off when needed to not be disturbed. I seek out information when I want it, I am not bombarded by anything.
