Can I just say Jack your website is absolutely amazing. The way you can one click to increase the ingredients portions and the full nutrients list included is next level. Everything is just spot on.
Another great video, thanks for adding ingredients/cooking instructions to your descriptions too, surprisingly most RUclipsrs don't and it's a right pain to manually write down from video!
OMG it's surreal to spot the Mako Wok on another of my favourite cooking channels...Marion and Jack, two incredible chefs. Now this would be a wild Aussie collab 🤩
What a great family meal Jack. Fantastic to see a lovely mix of flavours, but the overall recipe itself is simple and easy to follow. You have really started 2024 in top form! All the best from AKL, NZL.
Hey Chef, add some chicken bouillon powder to your rice when cooking, Lee Kum Kee is the best we recommend, no salt required, and your rice is a flavour bomb
Damn Chef Jack ,my rule book says 10"😂😂 sorry that you have to deal with all this, when your videos give the most simple, available pantry ingredients recipes and they taste fantafabulous.... Loved this recipe too, i don't have chicken but going to make it with cottage cheese...and know it my tummy is going to love it 🥰😋😋

How are the chilis optional? :P Thanks for the video. I bought a wok recently and was initially disappointed with the store bought sauces. Now I use your sauce recipe as a base for my sauces, usually adding some oyster sauce and orange juice to make it more sweet. I'm properly enjoying my wok now!
This one isn’t on my site at the moment. It’s going through a big maintenance update at the moment and then most if not all will be added, including this one
That looks great - will make tmrw & report back. Is red bullhorn pepper ok to sub? (are they even different from bell peppers?)...youre at 1.14- on yr way to 2mill! (we're watching like its a greyhound race lol well done/well deserved) cheers
That 9 inch piece joke reminds me of a joke my aunt used to make: Women can't do geometry because men keep telling us this (holds fingers slightly apart) is 10 centimetres.
Hey Jack buddy. You have enriched my life with your advice and your recipes. How can I support you? I would like to put some appreciation into your account. How do I do that? Thnx
Hey! Thank you so much for your kind gesture! All I ask is for you to like the video. That’s more than enough you can do. I can’t accept anything other than that. Thank you so much 🙏🙏😊
The Ginger and Garlic not mentioned again, presumably you add them for a couple of minutes after the onions and peppers? That’s what I did, delicious recipe!
How do we know Chef Jack Owens made this meal? All we can see is a pair of hands moving back and forth with the ingredients? Something fishy is going on here.
Can I just say Jack your website is absolutely amazing. The way you can one click to increase the ingredients portions and the full nutrients list included is next level. Everything is just spot on.
Really do appreciate it thank you 🙏
What cooking unit are you using? The food looks delicious😊
WAIT THIS SOUNDS LIKE EXACTLY WHAT I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR, WOAH
Another great video, thanks for adding ingredients/cooking instructions to your descriptions too, surprisingly most RUclipsrs don't and it's a right pain to manually write down from video!
Jack, how awesome to see how your channel has grown. You deserve it over, and over! 🏆🏆🏆🏆
Thank you so much! Couldn’t of done it without your help 🙏
I like the new „timelapse“ your using while cutting the vegtables :)
OMG it's surreal to spot the Mako Wok on another of my favourite cooking channels...Marion and Jack, two incredible chefs. Now this would be a wild Aussie collab 🤩
You never know. Something may need to be planned
Just made this, it turned out so good!! I’m impressed with myself lol. Thank you for the recipe!
What a great family meal Jack. Fantastic to see a lovely mix of flavours, but the overall recipe itself is simple and easy to follow. You have really started 2024 in top form! All the best from AKL, NZL.
A pro chef can have this made in 30min. Give me an hour! 😂
It's usually an 1h 😂😂
“9 inch pieces or so I’ve been told” made me choke on my water lol
Looks great!
We do stir fry once a week. It’s nice to find new recipes to try out.
AWESOME, looks delicious. RECIPE BOX😋
“9 inch pieces or so I’ve been told” I see what you did there 😅
Haha
Can we leave the honey out for those of us on the diabetic side? I think sweetness is added for balance of flavors at times. Thank you
"9 inch pieces, or so I've been told" haha nice one Jack!
I thought I was the only one who caught that 😂
Brooooo i lost it 😂😂😂😂
Definitely a man claiming that’s 9 inches. With that ratio I’m a proud owner of a… 6 incher maybe 🤣
We cannot achieve much with so small penis
Delicious and healthy. Nice one Jack.
Looks great
This is THE ONE 👊🏿💥. Very useful watch as always
Top notch! One of the best on Yt. If you like cooking and eating…But the BEST as a tutorial if you are new to cooking. 👌👏👏✨
That really looks very yum. Thank you Jack. X

Those glass dishes you use for meal prep that you can vac some of the air out, where you get those? Don't see on your website?
Hi mate, Looks like a TOP dish sauce looks so good.thanks for sharing mate
How are the chilis optional? :P Thanks for the video. I bought a wok recently and was initially disappointed with the store bought sauces. Now I use your sauce recipe as a base for my sauces, usually adding some oyster sauce and orange juice to make it more sweet. I'm properly enjoying my wok now!
Hi Jack, thank you for doing meal prep - so glad you are. what would you have used instead of Shaoxing Wine due to the fact i am Muslim
Awesome Chef, excited to try ir😊
Very nice chef👊
Thank you
Looks fantastic! Do you know the nutritional facts for the dish?
Can this be used as a meal prep?
Omg that ceramic bowl is gorgeous, where is it from? There is link to Asoke ceramics in description but it can not find it there.
Your wrist flick got a lot better haha .. Great recipe
9in pieces... or so I've been told. Jack strikes again hahah
Sub 5 minutes, thank you. No nonsense.
As a chinese, i approve this dish. 😊
Can I use olive oil for the chicken too?
Keep seeing this in your video, why do you use an external stovetop?
I’ve heard you should use a separate cutting board for chicken? Is that true? Also is it bad for the wood to have chicken bacteria on it?
Thx
Where can I find the macros? can’t find it on your site! FYI this was delicious.
This one isn’t on my site at the moment. It’s going through a big maintenance update at the moment and then most if not all will be added, including this one
That looks good!😁
Bought myself a cheap portable butane grill but it doesn’t get hot enough to stir fry, anyone know the one Jack is using please?
It’s from Amazon and it’s called itawani if I’m not mistaken. I have a link for the exact one on my website in the tools and equipment section
That looks great - will make tmrw & report back. Is red bullhorn pepper ok to sub? (are they even different from bell peppers?)...youre at 1.14- on yr way to 2mill! (we're watching like its a greyhound race lol well done/well deserved) cheers
Hi, Jack! Thank you for the recipe. :) is there a substitute for the wines you've used for those who can't consume alcohol?
Brother , just use a suitable juice . Pineapple goes well with stir fry
That 9 inch piece joke reminds me of a joke my aunt used to make: Women can't do geometry because men keep telling us this (holds fingers slightly apart) is 10 centimetres.
Hello mate what's the calories per 100g please?
Thanks for the aussie translations lol.
Those 9 inch pieces are HUGE
Hey Jack buddy. You have enriched my life with your advice and your recipes. How can I support you? I would like to put some appreciation into your account. How do I do that? Thnx
Hey! Thank you so much for your kind gesture! All I ask is for you to like the video. That’s more than enough you can do. I can’t accept anything other than that. Thank you so much 🙏🙏😊
the spring onion comment killed me
Same board for everything?😢
Aww, the ingredients alone you used would cost me more than a week's food budget, but oh boy does it look tasty
Cool to replace broccoli with say Bok Choi?
What kind of wine? I have no idea how to spell what you said and this recipe isn’t on your website.
I'm pretty sure he said Shaoxing wine
0:45 🤣
Can we get new/different recipes. You’ve posted this one already I need something different ✌️
🏴🔥
🙏🙏
Thanks. Actually, everyone except the British pronounce it broccolini.😉
I love your recipes, but cutting chicken and vegetables on the same cutting board is something I will never do.
❤❤
can i just leave off the wine??
The Ginger and Garlic not mentioned again, presumably you add them for a couple of minutes after the onions and peppers? That’s what I did, delicious recipe!
At 1.42, they go into the sauce prep ... Jack adds them before the honey
Did jack had to try to stop himself from saying 9 inch nails?
🐔🥦🌶🤘👍
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
OMG the cross contamination of cutting the raw chicken on your wood board
And that board is cleaned thoroughly and given oil twice a week. No cross contamination whatsoever bud
Bro that's not 9 inch piece lmao that that's 3 or 4 inches
That's what she said....................
@@jcwoods2311 bang bang haha but my bitch never said to me 🐐🗣️
@@handlenot030 bro i know what he was tryna say lmao he got good one lol
How do we know Chef Jack Owens made this meal? All we can see is a pair of hands moving back and forth with the ingredients? Something fishy is going on here.
Chef Jack Owen’s didn’t make this meal. Chef Jack Ovens did 😉
Keep seeing this in your video, why do you use an external stovetop?
Better angles, lighting. Still getting used to filming in a new house with a different environment
