I love the fact that you don’t go on and on showing how you chop everything. Your videos are to the point and not boring. I never have to drag my fast forward button! Thank you.
I want to personally give my thanks to you, sir. Since for the last 2 months, your video really help me for my weight loss journey. I hit the gym and doing cardio, and your meal prep videos make me have proper meals during this time. now i loss 11kg, put up some muscles. really good videos, coz most of meal preps videos just showing bland recipes. but you, you are another level. thank you, sir.
Beautiful recipe!! I'm amazed how you manage to prepare and cook the sauce, add the pasta into your frying pan, transfer it into a pasta dish - and not spill anything!! You are without the neatest and cleanest chef I've ever watched!!! A genius!!
Made this last week was fantastic as a chicken and sauce dish, hubby did not like it with the pasta, so making it again this week with some potatoes and veg. Have made several of your recipes now. Love your presentation, easy to follow with precise timings which are appreciated, ingredients usually easy to get, straight to the point and no annoying music. Fab! Thank you.
What a great, no-nonsense presentation! At last a video that doesn't force you to spend 5 hours watching a pot of water come to the boil, or sit through 10 minutes of a single onion being chopped in slow motion! Thank you - I'll subscribe.
Great recipe! Just tried it and it worked amazingly 😊 special thanks for providing indicative time for interim steps and all ingredients in grams and ml. Awesome!
Just made this! Sub yogurt for sour cream! Sub shitake for swiss brown mushrooms! Still delicious! Always love Chef Jack's recipes, easy to follow instructions with exact (approximate) calculations! For novice and occasional cook like me, you're God sent. Thank you. Keep bringing us these fabulous recipes!
I made this tonight for tonight and everyone was pleasantly surprised how tasty the dish turned out! A definitely keeper and I am your new follower for more cooking inspiration.
Hey Chef Jack, been following you for some time. I have a couple of your soups, beef stew, spaghetti and meatballs, and several other of your recipes in my rotation. I really appreciate them! Learned a lot working with them as well. I’ve been cooking for three to four years now and feel so proud when I pull off these recipes. Wanted to say thanks for all the help! I’ll be adding this chicken stroganoff to the rotation as well :)
Hey! That’s amazing to hear, great work. Thank you so much for trying the recipes. I always try to make it as easy as possible, no matter the difficulty of the recipe 🙏
Hope you’re well Chef! Just wanted to give you some high praise all the way from North East England - I made this tonight for me & the Mrs and it was delicious. I used portobello mushrooms so the sauce was even darker. The Mrs said it was perfect!!! Thanks for the detailed explanation, it was very easy to follow. Keep up the great work 👏
This is UNCANNY, truly. I have this on the menu for tonight’s dinner. I’ve come in from work, sat down with a quick cuppa and RUclips before I start - and this was on my recommended page!! Cannot wait to watch this!! Thanks so much for sharing 🙏🏻
Hi Chef, I know this is a year old video, but I just made this tonight bc I had all the ingredients on hand. It is absolutely delicious! I could drink the sauce on its own😂I think the first time you make a new recipe, it seems a bit more difficult than it really is bc you’re concentrating on each step, but this was so straightforward that I was even able to clean up as I went along! And the best thing?? I have lunch tomorrow!😋Thank you for a new dish in my arsenal😊
Perfect timing, chef!!! I'm in Greece and sour cream is not easily found in supermarkets. Just yesterday though, I found one that stocks it so I got a 1 litre carton and had no idea what to do with all that. Now I know 😃😃. Thank youuuuuuu!
Haha, same where I'm from. Sour cream is something that only occasionally pops up in the supermarket . You can usually substitute it in most recipes with Greek style yoghurt, which hopefully should be available there 🙃
I made this dish last week it was fantastic... I've eaten chicken and noodles growing up. However, my mom never made it the stroganoff way. It was absolutely amazing. My picky 8 year old had 2 helpings and had me same him some for dinner the next night. Thank you for this new way of chicken and noodles as this is how I will be making it from here on out.
I've had my mind blown twice - once with the chicken and twice with the pasta. I always used to have beef and rice growing up. Will 100% try this version
I did watch your beef stroganoff but silly me felt nice watching this...now i have to cook this... it has been my fav dish , but only ate it in restaurants... Thank you Chef Jack
I add torn spinich leaves to the sauce, for a minute until wilted, to add some quick colour. Or some small pieces of broccoli, which take about ten minutes, to soften in the sauce. It's my favourite meal after Christmas with left over turkey and green vegetables, with the pasta.
Chicken Stroganov is a Brazilian recipe, that any mom make few times a month for her family. There's also shrimp Stroganov, though beef is the best one in my opinion. Side dishes vary though. It seems in Europe pasta is pretty common. In Brazil It's rice and an extremely thin fried potato.
Looks awesome. I’d add the garlic layer as it doesn’t take long to cook and can burn and I don’t add the sour cream as I’m lactose intolerant and I prefer it without it. Otherwise I’m trying this very soon.
🤤once again why do I watch food recipes at almost 3:00 am? I woke up randomly and this is what I do 😅. Worth trying definitely 👍. Question those mushrooms were already cleaned? When I buy mushrooms I have to clean it up and it's so boring with a damp sponge because mushrooms can't be washed and I dislike the canned ones swimming in water and then they start flying everywhere when I add them to the pot or pan even after draining them... quite talkative for a sleepy person 😴😴
Thanks for this recipe Jack. Great for those of us who are looking to cut back on red meat (and alcohol!). An excellent companion for your beef version which I have made a number of times. Cheers from AKL.
My question is actually about the fry pan (the dish looks AMAZING tho). Ive seen brands like Hexclad say the hexagons keep the oil/fat where you pour it which would be great for searing but the rare time or 2 ive seen them mused this way, the oil just seemed to slide all over like any old pan. Would love to hear of yours or anyones experience THX. Mike in Niagara Falls/Buffalo NY USA
@@ChefJackOvens Thx, Chef. What Im trying to say is that they tout it as the hexagons keep the oil from all moving to one spot on the outer edge. That it stays put because of the design
I love the fact that you don’t go on and on showing how you chop everything. Your videos are to the point and not boring. I never have to drag my fast forward button! Thank you.
Yep agree. If a cook video is any longer than about 7mins and I can tell in the first 1 min it’s a lot of irrelevant chopping, I’m out 😂
I feel exactly the same as you!!! 👍👍
I want to personally give my thanks to you, sir.

That's a fantastic and amazing effort! It's great to hear you've been enjoying the recipes and they're helping you on your journey. Keep smashing it
Just as I planned I prepared this dish 1:1 but with fresh green beans, not with pasta, and it was excellent. Thanks a billion again, you are a legend!
Glad you enjoyed it

Glad everyone enjoyed it!
So easy to watch, clear and precise instructions for a simple and delicious meal.
Yum! Made mine with boneless, skinless chicken thighs, double the onions and triple the mushrooms. Those seasonings are key.
Comfort food supreme!
I made this this past week. It turned out sooo well!! Thanks! (I have multiple of your recipes to trial and very much looking forward to those also.)

You can also use wild rice instead of pasta without mixing it with the sauce
Dear Chef, thank you so very much for your version of this dish, I'll prepare it in the coming days. Greetings from Ukraine!
Made this for my flat mates last week and it went down an absolute treat, great work as always and thank you 😊

@@roygato3797Make your own. It's really easy and only has 3 ingredients.
@@roygato3797 There's plenty of it around indeed 😄. I have found that the closest to sour cream is a brand sold internationally called FAGE.
Omg I remember when you had 600 followers and I was like we will get to 1 M and I’m so happy for you

This looks amazing! Best recipe I have come across with developing actual flavor! Can't wait to try it!
Yes, chef. This is on the menu for this week.
made this last night and it was brilliant. thanks!
Great to hear you enjoyed it
I've had my mind blown twice - once with the chicken and twice with the pasta. I always used to have beef and rice growing up. Will 100% try this version
Looks good! My goto beef stroganoff calls for tomato paste instead of the Dijon but with chicken love the idea of mustard idea!
Hello Jack ......i tried this yesterday and it was really good . Thank you for sharing.
Made this for dinner tonight, tasted brilliant, thanks for a great, affordable recipe :)
My pleasure 😊
Fan -flipping-tastic…… made this tonight and it was a joy to make and to eat, easy to follow recipe….thank you 😊

Just made this tonight with homemade pasta and I let the chicken marinade for ~2 hrs. Came out amazing, thank you!
This was so easy to make. Tasty and delicious and everyone licked their plates clean! Thank you!
Another brilliant recipe Jack! Nice one!
Saved this for tomorrow as I don’t have sour cream and so I’ve popped some cream and lemon juice in a jar to do it’s thing overnight. Can’t wait.
Very nice! Please enjoy
One of my new personal favorite meals!

It's delicious
Thank you for this Chef, will be making this tomorrow.
Please enjoy it
Beautiful indeed. Thanks Jack.
Great recipe, and a massive thank you for considering non-alcohol drinkers when deglazing the pan. A step that so many youtube chefs seem to ignore.
Always a pleasure. Any recipe I make always has alcoholic substitutions. 🙏
That looks real good I will give it a try
Please do

Love the look of those knives 👍🏼
They’re amazing knives from Koi knives
That looks awesome Jack, I'll make in the next couple of days and let you know how it went.
I made Natasha's Kitchen's beef stroganoff the other day and it was delicious but yup, going to have to try this! Thank you for this recipe
Nice 👍 you’ll love this one
Looks awesome. I’d add the garlic layer as it doesn’t take long to cook and can burn and I don’t add the sour cream as I’m lactose intolerant and I prefer it without it. Otherwise I’m trying this very soon.
You can use pork tenderloin as protein source, It's the equivalent of the sirloin of beef on porks.
🤤once again why do I watch food recipes at almost 3:00 am?

Thank you! Great to hear
Looks delicious Chef!
Thank you 😋
I normally use pork fillet for my stroganoff - never thought to use chicken before, will definitely try this - looks delicious 😋 🙏
That was really tasty. Thank you.
Thanks for this recipe Jack. Great for those of us who are looking to cut back on red meat (and alcohol!). An excellent companion for your beef version which I have made a number of times. Cheers from AKL.
In Brazil we often make stroganoff with chicken ☺️. Here the recipe is a little bit different! I’ll try yours!
Looks like a very nice dish. Will have a go at this .Thanks for sharing mate. Have a great week
Made it tonight, delicious. Turned out really good 👍
Oh YUMMO. Creative. 💃
This looks absolutely incredible! I need to try this, I eat a lot more chicken than beef so I’m very excited! 😊
Amazing I did this last week yummy
Looks delicious, another recipe to go on my list!
I’m not a good cook AT ALL but this turned out great! Brilliant recipe and easy to follow and quick! Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Beautiful!!!
Love your format. It cuts the bull
Looks great mate but, Is there a substitute for mustard,, hate the stuff,, cheers
Just leave it out
You could add a few slices of red chilli which is sweeter, or a teaspoon of horseradish sauce.
Hi Jack!
I am suffering from coeliac disease. Buckwheat flower is fine. So, how much buckwheat flower I should use instead of wheat flower.
I am definitely going to try this! Looks great!
Alternatives to an already great recipe? We love 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Imagine being this guy’s house mate… Oh lordy lord… 🤗🤗🤗
Beautiful! I liked it!
I'm definitely going to try this.
It's really hard to find good quality beef where I live, so this recipe slaps hard for me
lovely recipe. what type of frying pan are you using in this? it looks like a very good brand!
Yum thank you for this Chef Jack. I do enjoy your instructions makes it much easier to make me into a passable cook

I personally haven’t heard that about hexclad. The oil goes throughout the whole pan. You wouldn’t want it to stay in a single place 🙏
@@ChefJackOvens Thx, Chef. What Im trying to say is that they tout it as the hexagons keep the oil from all moving to one spot on the outer edge. That it stays put because of the design
Absolutely Fabulous… yummy!
Thank you 😋
Looks amazing, can't wait to try it!
Easy peasy!! Looks delish❤
Love this
Thank you
Chicken!! My favourite vegetable.
You know a youtuber cook is doing well when they get to the point of using hexclad pans! 😉😉😉
Never have a Stroganoff before, I will try this.
Can the sauce be stored in the fridge and mix with pasta whenever I want to eat ??
It can but no longer than 2 days. Be careful reheating it too as cream can easily split
What kind of frying pan are you using? It looks really good.
It’s hexclad
@@ChefJackOvens amazing, thanks!
