    A pleasure to learn from you Mr. Tak. I am Canadian westerner that knows nothing about Wok and Stirfry and now I absorb your wonderful lessons. I bought a Lodge Stirfry Skillet which is a 12.5 inch cast iron wok with a insulated handle and a Flat bottom for good cooking on stove. Thanks for sharing your advise.

    Thank you. I have been doing this on a nonstick wok for a couple months. Just picked up a Stainless steel wok and this is the first dish I cooked in it. It always came out good in my nonstick. It came out even better in the stainless steel pan because I could use a higher heat setting without worrying about damaging a nonstick surface.

    Hello ❤ something you could do to grow you channel is make youtube shorts out of your already posted videos. Idk if you edit you videos or not but your videos are great keep up the good work!!

    • @wokwithtak
      @wokwithtak  18 дней назад

      Thank you for your suggestions! I will seriously consider it. Yes, I edit my videos. I am a one-man team. I enjoy what I am doing! This might be something easy for me to do for each video, a long version and a short.
      I have posted a video every day for the past 4 years. It is a labor of love for me. I want to give people a viable alternative to fast and ultra-processed food in preparing a meal in less than 30 min with creativity and fun. I know that there are far better cooks and videos out there, but my system means to be practical and efficient so that people can make home cooking as part of their routine.

    Thank you for this video. I just bought and seasoned my first carbon iron wok. It is a 12” wok. I need to learn how to use it efficiently as well as make cooking faster. Your videos give me a lot of new ideas. In this particular demo, if I cook all of the pound of chicken at the same time will it slow down the cooking of the chicken. I suppose the chicken breast can turn tough if they cook too long… would they? If I cook them is two batches do I need to clean the wok first before I cook the second batch?
