I hope you all really enjoy watching this video where I tell you all my story of how I became not only a flight attendant but how I fell in love with traveling to begin with. I decided to upload this video on April 15, 2020 because it is exactly ONE YEAR after I uploaded my very first video here on RUclips! I am so beyond grateful for each and every one of you who have followed along on my journey from day one and for all of my new subscribers as well - you all mean the world to me! Cheers to my first year on RUclips and I can't wait to watch this channel grow year after year.

What is your favourite aircraft type?
You’ve always been genuine in your videos which I think is what attracts people to them. Plus, you can just tell you’re naturally sweet and kind on and off camera unlike some other Flight attendants on RUclips who seem like they act nice just for the camera. Every RUclipsr says how thankful they are for their subscribers but overtime I think they just expect them to be there but you can tell you don’t take it for granted and truly appreciate everyone that watches. There’s some channels I follow that only have a few thousand subscribers and they don’t respond to comments. You have 35k and respond to as many as you can. That’s ridiculous. I’m glad you’re channel has taken off. You deserve all the success that’s come your way. Keep up the good work and stay safe.

As a former Private Pilot (having a son who works as a FO, flying with a "brightly colored" competitor), I just wanted to say, I have thoroughly enjoyed all of your videos. There's just such a genuine sense of authentic vulnerability and likeability, which brings out the natural balance and rare charisma in your personality. My feeling about why your channel is experiencing the growth that it is, is because, you’re real! You show life’s ups and downs. Being a Flight Attendant certainly has it’s benefits but, you’re simply a person who has a job that you trained for and one that you enjoy. Following your dream! Julia, we found your youtube when you vloged Florida as we are avid cruisers and never looked back since. Kathy and I can't wait for each upload, you are like a part of our family now and love watching you grow. Don't think about the haters and you have all of us that fully enjoy your true self and the "life of Julia". The clip of the wisdom teeth, oh my, the number of times we have watched that and how awesome you were and how great Eric took care of you during that time.
AA should get you as part of their PR group as you were the one that changed my flight pattern from United to AA for work. The videos were so insightful, I had to switch and is now our only airline Kathy and I fly.

Your channel is one of the best of the numerous flight attendant channels, due to your honesty, your kindness, personality etc. I love aviation, I am a pilot, a retired senior citizen and volunteer at the historic College Park Aviation Museum (world’s oldest airport, founded in 1909 by the Wright Brothers). 🛬 also volunteer at an animal shelter and love Golden Retrievers. 🐶. Finding this video and your channel means so much to me. Over the last two years i had been struggling with choosing a career even though i had gone through undergraduate. My college job taught me that i love customer service (but not the retail part lol). It wasn’t until recently my little brother (a pilot in training) introduced me to the idea of becoming a flight attendant. Ever since that conversation, my life has made sense. Positivity and inspiration is definitely what I find here! I started thinking about a flight attendant career about the time this virus stuff started to break loose in other countries. Were you able to get to Alaska, while you're working for Horizon?? I have always been so impressed with Alaska Airlines, they were such a great company. I lived in Alaska prior to moving to Montana...

Thank you Tim! I was Miami based for my two months flying lol I loved it but the commute was too hard (originally commuted from Denver). I love all my senior flight attendants :) You guys are the best and one day I will (hopefully) be a fun and sassy senior stew!
This video shows what you can do if you put your mind and time to a project. You should be proud of what you have done and we should appreciate your effort by showing our support. It is only recently that I have been watching You Tube, and I am amazed of how much I have learned about people and there careers. For the life of me I can never understand the negativity that watchers exhibit. Whether it is negative comments or thumbs down, what is the point? One of the things I like about your vlogs is that you are so relatable. Someone starting out, trying to make her way in the world and being able to learn along the way. This was fun to see all the steps along the way to where you are now. It also showed how much personal growth you have experienced. The only video that I didn’t feel relatable to was your book review since your taste in books it almost diametrically opposed to mine. But that’s why there are so many genres of books. To close, I want to say that you looked particularly gorgeous in this video. ( Don’t tell Eric - LOL) Loved the way you styled your hair. Stay safe, stay healthy, and God Bless. Great job Julia. I found your channel because of your cruise vlogs but I browsed through and saw all of your travel vlogs and I loved them. I ended up watching all your videos because you show more in your videos of your trips than anyone else. I love how you show all the parts of your life. I am so scared of flying but I am so fascinated by the “flight attendant life”. If o could handle it, that would be my dream job hahaha. Congratulations on your 1 year anniversary.
