    This video is poor advice. Although many of these foods are low in calories, it doesn't mean you should eat them before bed. Almost all of them trigger an insulin response and require your body to digest and metabolise them. Instead of winding down and using your body's fat stores for energy, eating most of these foods forces your body to go back to work by processing the glucose that is created when you eat carbohydrates, sugars and even proteins to a lesser extent. The presence of these carbs cause your pancreas to produce insulin. When you eat them at night, you are requiring your body to perform digestive tasks at a time when it should be resting. Even when a food is healthy and low calories it doesn't mean you can eat it any time with no consequences. Please ignore the advice in this video if you are trying to lose weight.

      @@MultiCII Thanks for your reply. Do you disagree that eating most of the foods mentioned in the video trigger an insulin response? Or with something else I wrote?

    How does one egg have only 17 calories? That’s not true!

    • @simplengbuhay4555
      @simplengbuhay4555 2 года назад +2

      Correct. That's not true. Medium size egg, boiled or poached, still contains around 66 calories

      Exactly, I have been tracking and everything, 1 large egg contains about 71 calories, but 1 egg white contains 17 calories. They mixed up the information.

    I ask a medical Dr did he know what a calorie looked like. He could not answer me. If they don't know what a calorie looks like than how can they know exactly how many calories are in food,?
    Just asking a practical question that's all!
