The initial driver who got hit works for Schuster Company. I used to work for them and I can tell you that they usually take pretty good care of their equipment. You usually don’t see hardly any damage on their trailers, just saying.
You hit me *AND* you come at me like the dude came at cammer, 100% guaranteed I see damage done and time to call it in. Especially if the person is just waking up, better come at people correct. Wild.
Black guys fault. He should have walked around his truck. He should have checked his fifth wheel pin and he would have seen the other truck. He.s been driving for 18 years and doesnt check his truck before moving it?
There's no damage to the trailer. Ive had a couple of my trailers hit before. Told both drivers to take off. Makes no sense to wait on the police and paperwork when theres no visible damage. Now if it's the tractor then we're going to have some issues.
The dispute..... the guy who backed up is obviously to blame. The guy who got hit has a good point.... how does he know what his company considers no big deal vs a big deal (damage wise). But the "victim" is a freaking poindexter. While correct that the other guy should, at the very least, done a walk around,.... it doesn't help to push the point. The other guy admits he's wrong.... is there any damage worth a police report (or even to call your company)?

Unless someone were to slam into the back of my trailer super hard,I don't worry about it,hell we bump docks everyday, and on parking spaces it's kind common for someone to give you a light bump,I don't even bother t get out of the truck over it.
The driver that hit the other trailer is at fault, if you hit a parked anything you are at fault. The driver is not owning his mistakes, big deal. A pre trip would have been a way of preventing the incident. Somebody could have pulled his pin. Stay safe and enjoy your videos.

@@coolslider2011 if it’s a old trailer that’s beat up already I would dispute. If you’re the operator you have to make the decision on whether or not it’s damaged to that point and watching that clip how could you judge if he caused damage by the condition the trailer was already in.
He bumped his trailer with his trailer? No big deal, that guy needs to just go about his day....way to nake a pain in the ass job an even more pain in the ass...DRIVER
lol , 18 years driving experience he’s done 3 pre trips in 18 years… “ why would i ask you move ?? , “ , i’d say if you’re the one pinned in between 2 trucks it would be to your advantage to ask nicely …
Finding problems where none exist...That dude is probably a joy to be around.
He doesn't have to be shy about not doing his pretrip. That WAS part of the pretrip. You put it in 'R' for 'Race Mode', and after ensuring that there was indeed someone parked behind you, you put it in 'D' for 'Drink' and your pretrip is complete!
The initial driver who got hit works for Schuster Company. I used to work for them and I can tell you that they usually take pretty good care of their equipment. You usually don’t see hardly any damage on their trailers, just saying.
Yep also if you fail to document and report even the smallest incedent you can loose your 500$ monthly safety bonus
And this is reason why I hate parking at a truckstop. Now I tried to avoid that at all cost.💯😎🚛
I own my trucks since 1977 pre-trip is for stupid drivers who know nothing about trucks.
what do u mean black guy 🤨🤨🤨🤨
Neither of those drivers were in a proper spot.
If you're not parked correctly, you are up for grabs.
Most truck stops allow parking along curb side once lot is full as long as it doesn't effect the flow of standard traffic
@coolslider2011
Most truck stops do not enforce their parking. I'll say it again..if you are not in a marked parking space, you are up for grabs.
Seriously both drivers are very unprofessional. Even the cop knows.
Maybe he should give them a ticket for parking illegal.
The police may not have the authority to write tickets on private property.
18 years and doesn't know to look before backing.....no wonder it thinks everyone hits things
There's no damage to the trailer. Ive had a couple of my trailers hit before. Told both drivers to take off. Makes no sense to wait on the police and paperwork when theres no visible damage. Now if it's the tractor then we're going to have some issues.
CANT WE ALL JUST GET ALONG 😂
Create a spot guy vs create a spot guy arguing about nothing but I’m wondering if the driver recording is about to have a heart attack
Sweet truck at the beginning. Oh wait, that's mine! 😊
I been out here for 40 years and it's that the driver's of today is just a pain in the ass and as far as real driver's don't wear Flip flops real driver's don't worry about what other driver's are wearing yall be safe out there
If this happens to you all the time you might want to consider a different line of work .
Never had anyone flip out on me when I hit their trailer. Probably because I owned up to it, and didn't say sorry a zillion times. Say sorry once and leave it at that, while exchanging info.
This dude has a pet hamster 100%guaranteed..😂
Wow we went past Bonehead all the way to Super Trucker Elite! Now you know why I retired!
So glad I stopped driving after 40 years, will be glad when they get rid of drivers and go fully automated, these steering wheel holder’s are dangerous and should be doing something else for a living
No damage just keep moving and keep quiet,,drivers run in the back of my trailer more than once and done some damage and I tell them to keep going.
Can't count the times ive bn bumped at night in an actual parking space. I always wake up go out and look and theres never bn any damage. This all could've bn avoided from the beginning to the end
I've parked in that corner spot 4 weeks ago. Pilot just north of Evansville IN.
Especially if your pick up is in Evansville pilot loves and flying j all right there all fill up like it's dollar drink night at the local strip club lol 😆
I’ve had people bump my trailer many times and after looking at it and there being no damage, I just say no harm no foul because it’s a love tap and my company has never asked where a ding came from because as long as the box isn’t compromised and everything is mechanically sound and DOT compliant they could care less about a ding but the other driver saying he didn’t need to do a Pre-Trip, that’s hilarious.
OMG! Our trailers smash into cement walls all day long! Shut up and move on! Jesus 😂
It's only trailer tap...making something out of nothing!!!😮
Exactly I had a driver bump the back of my trailer at the TA in Knoxville years ago and there was no damage done!,he admitted he was wrong and apologized I didn't see any visible damage and accepted his apology and that was it!
Trailer dock taps are not impacts on door panels the part of the trailer with bumpers are designed to be docked hinged doors are not ment to take impacts
My Dodson, wagging his tail trying jump on me man. Excited.
That trailer hit the dock harder than that guy back into him add to drive over there with said it's cloudy when the sun's out
Doors are open when you dock tap doors closed are not designed to take a direct impact
