~Tapping into Your Potential Where Others Saw None~ Видеоклипы
They're lyrics are usually pretty powerful and positive
Vocalist Jesse Leach explained the song's lyrical content: "'My Last Serenade' has a lot of meanings for me. It's really about burning bridges. There comes a time when you have to leave people behind and just let them know that you care and there's only so much love you can give somebody until they drag you down with them."
top 5 favorite bands of all time..
Killswitch is dope af
They switched singers after this, named Howard Jones, he's a black dude and he changed the whole game! Their "End of Heartache", "My Curse", and "Holy Diver" are great tracks by Howard that you should listen to.
I thought he was Hispanic
Yeah no disrespect to "James"? But Howard Jones was the voice that sold me on KSE. There's a live recording out of this song that is so good.
Still one of my favorite bands 20 years later. Hard to be in a bad mood when listening to KSE
I was in a metal band,Christian band, bar band, and blues... And the only two that I actually felt anything while playing the music was metal and blues.... Something about how everything is just put out there. Every bit of emotion from every single band member can be felt and heard through the music. Miss it so much.
Most of my teens was spent covering this band's songs and writing originals as well. I'm from Attleboro Mass, they are from Worcester Mass. They came up slightly before my band did but we looked up to them. We played many of the same venues.
You’d be missing out metal shows are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.
This is my last serenade
This is my
This revelation is the death of ignorance
Tangled in a state of suffocation
Slave to self righteousness
Damnation is on your lips
From sorrow to serenity
The truth is absolution
From sorrow to serenity
It's on your head
This is my last serenade
I feel you as you fall away
This is my last serenade
From yourself you can't run away
It's your choice, point the finger
But it's on your head
Your destination is a choice within yourself
Will you rise or become a slave
To self righteousness
Open up your heart and gaze within
From sorrow to serenity
The truth is absolution
From sorrow to serenity
It's on your head
This is my last serenade
I feel you as you fall away
This is my last serenade
From yourself you can't run away
This is my last serenade
This is my last serenade
This is my last serenade
Look up the lyrics. It's so worth it. I won't give away the meaning. Check it yourself
Youngest son (26) Sang like this in this type of music?. Till he came back to What I taught him. Now he plays drums in a Southern Rock band. Loves the Allman brothers, Bob Seger, Wilson Pickett! Back to his Roots. Blackberry Smoke.
Killer song
Hell Yes brother
You need to react to Howard Jones as the lead singer of killswitch. Don't do any of the official music videos though. They are heavily edited for radio/TV airplay. I suggest:
1. End of Heartache
2. Rose of Sharyn
3. My Curse
There's more and probably better but I can't think clearly right now cuz I'm so tired lol. I just finished my second workout of the day and have to get ready for BJJ.
I’m a metal head I love this band and I still don’t know what they’re saying so it’s all good bro
Look up the lyrics bro. You’re missing out on so much positivity in this music
Thank You Brother... everyone's different but we all exist!!!
What?!!! Let's go!! LFR is the realistic! So much respect! I grew up to this 2006
Just stay out of the pit and you’ll be alright Van. Lol 🤘🤘🤘 It’s a whole experience live. 😁
How did you mess the beginning up 😂
You don’t need to know what there saying, just feel it!!!!
Great song. Pretty easy to look up lyrics.
You have to listen to Signal Fire by Killswitch Engage. Both singers from the band come together for a banger! Original and again singer Jesse Leach (I worked with his cousin... local to New England!) and Howard Jones flippin crush it!
Everyone forgets the white boy in Killswitch
I was in a band super similar to these guys and I was deep in that shit for most of my life. Once I had kids the angst wasn’t there for me to make the music anymore. It has to be real to create.
AGREED!!!
I've seen Slipknot and Killswitch man. My body hurt for like a week afterwards because they were that insane live.
The singer is singing about his faith in God.
Rose Of Sharyn 🙏🙏🙏
I feel yeah, when I listen to rap nowadays, I have no idea what they’re saying either
Actually I saw them atl and they had Howard as Thier singer and it was amazing also even when. The maggots get together there is still pit un written rules. Don't be scared hommie
This is the kinda show you want to see. I got knocked out in the pit it in st Pete florida at jannus landing and Howard the black dude jumped into the pit and got me up. Then stopped the show and did the chant. If someone's down on the floor what do you do. PICK EM UP. Howard goes the hell do you duckin do when someone drops in the pit, pick em the fuck up
"The end of heartache" please
Please never connect Killswitch with Slipknot ever again 😂 If you read their lyrics with the song you'd be an instant fan
"Your destination is a choice within yourself. Will you rise, or become a slave to self righteousness?"
That's why u gotta watch the lyrics videos foo
You really need to listen to the Howard Jones songs! The End of Heartache for sure! Please! Subscribing now!
It doesn’t matter what they’re saying just listen to the music. Do you know how little sense it makes that you need lyrics to enjoy music?
Tuneeeeeee. Have you tried SevenDust “Denial” music video? If not, check it out, great tune. All the best
React to : ruclips.net/video/o_l4Ab5FRwM/видео.html Five Finger Death Punch, Wrong Side of Heaven. And also Bad Company.
You can't blame them if you don't understand what they're saying bruh, that's on you lol. If you can understand mumble rap, you should be able to understand this lol.
Since you won't go to KSE concert, i'll take it you a Cannibal Corpse Concert, lol
You should take some advice from your amazing boy
Yeah, you dont wanna go to a slipknot concert. Nothing but 14 kids and 45 year olds there for nostalgia whee you tell the band really doesn't feel it anymore. Like performing has become a chor. Glad i seen them for self titled and Iowa tours
Look up My last serenade with Howard Jones. You’ll like it a lot more.
I love hard rock, but I just can't get into this.
Back in the day Deep Purple was hard rock! The James Gang. What happened?
Not this song, but you will love "End of Heartache", "My Curse", and "Holy Diver" by the same band, but they switched singers.
no problem if you can't get into this, but there is definitely things you are missing out on.
"If you see me yawn'n then I'm old" then dont a review/reaction. No one likes half ass shit
Yo hommie, listen to Killswitch Engage, The Signal Fire!! You'll love it! Trust me!
