Adam is the lead guitarist and backing vocalist, fucking fantastic band start to finish. Definitely check out some of Howard's vocals, he really out performed Jesse.
Honestly you should check out The Ghost Inside they just returned from a hiatus due to a bus accident some years back. They kick ass man check out Faith or Forgiveness by The Ghost Inside!
That album was like the template for a million other bands that would follow. The metalcore days of the mid-2000s. I have a serious soft spot for it. The vocalist returned to the band a while back and IMHO he hasn't been able to replicate his amazing mixture of singing and screaming from this album. For years I loved Jesse Leach's work on this album and considered him the better vocalist to the other Killswitch Engage vocalist. But when it's all said and done, Howard Jones is probably the all around better one. Jesse just had this album "Alive of Just Breathing" that I personally feel is the greatest vocal performance in metalcore history.
But one of the very few bands that actually did it right. This album will always be one of the greatest. I love Howard hes great honestly though, KSE became redundant and almost boring with Howard even into As daylight dies. Too soft too much whining about a girl. Jesse is by far a better lyricist he's all heart and positivity and at the same time rage and conviction. Their early heavy stuff will always be their best. Temple from the within, Just Barely Breathing, Rise Inside, Numbered days, in the unblind. That stuff will never be topped by KSE or anyone else in the Genre.
Omar. After watching all of your Deftones reactions, I have two recommendations for you. I know you dissect vocals and instruments and you listen a lot deeper than I do. Please check these out. You won’t be sorry. Try not to read anything about Palms before listening. 1) Palms - Future Warrior 2) Breed 77 - La Ultima Hora Oh, and when I win the lottery, I’m buying you some good headphones!

In Due Time is a great song that combines clean/heavy vocals. The whole Disarm the Descent album is amazing. So are most of all of their songs haha.
