Thank you for this. My husband has a job where he actually does not come home until later into the evening, so we have started to eat supper at around 9 PM or so. Supper is not a normal take meal anymore, rather it is more like appetizers. I know that is an awful time to eat, so I am looking for healthy type appetizers that are not heavy at all. This is exactly what I was looking for. I plan on incorporating this type of cooking, Asian, at least three times a week. Thank you once again

Yeah, they are pan-fried, not pan-burned.....good lord... You look like you are of Asian descent, but you have no idea how to make great potstickers. And the wrappers, a lot of the Asian market brands not only have not so healthy additives in them, they also blister easily when they are pan-fried....
