We have a similar kind of this in Bangladesh. We call it ' Puli Pitha'. We use grated coconut mixed with sugar or molasses as filling. It’s really yummy. We generally used the 1st and last method to seal it.

Да, в советские времена почти все так лепили... Помню, попала я как-то в дагестанскую семью (соседи), которые начали делать вареники с картошкой и я решила помочь... Они сказали, что я неправильно леплю и очень долго смеялись надо мной и показали как, по их мнению, надо и это был 12 вариант из этого ролика

🥲😭虽然七月了,看着还是泪目,三年没回国,连着五年一个人在魁北克过年…那个挤出来的元宝饺子和向日葵饺子都是奶奶教给我的,单边捏褶子是我妈妈教的,元宝我总是挤不好,挤的边总是太宽,像棵大白菜。接下来几年依然不能回家过年,想念大年三十下午和奶奶妈妈一起包饺子的场景。小高姐的饺子馅儿是茴香苗肉的,我家也会吃,但是在国外遇到的很多中国的朋友,甚至北方的朋友都没有听说过这种馅儿,貌似这是北京天津河北才比较常见的饺子馅儿
