      It is crazy.
And children probably didn't know that his father was a real terrorist. Even if they knew that, he'd brain wash his children.

The enemies of freedom scream freedom and death to all. It is the universal mantra that has been with mankind since the first war. It will never end and only will become more profound. Eliminate one bad guy and another will take his place. He too will be the most hated for awhile. His elimination and then another.
Someone once said, you must of an enemy to unit people, and make that enemy the enemy to end all enemies.
Sometimes, movies have a unique mirror anticipating future world events. Like the writers or directors evaluate the political atmosphere years before some major event. The same with novelist. They adsorb the nuances of political strife and create a narrative that is so close to reality several years later. Like Dale Brown's STORMING HEAVEN. Even the original dust cover is interesting.

Made in its early years, but still one of the finest motion pictures of the 21st Century. The relative views on accuracy, torture etc will concede the dulling and softening influence of time, but, in years to come, there is no doubt that this will contribute to defining that brutal and violent era in a way that histories and learned analysis cannot.
