You can't do that first trick and then put a sound effect without showing his arm get fixed... That just shows that the trick is fake and the footage was edited. For the commercial, the special guest was that guy from modern family and Anthony today is dead, and at that time he made up to 100 episodes. Crazy.

Deon Sanders (Mr. Prime Time) himself seen it with his own eyes that day. Moments later he walked down the street stoped in front of a restaurant, had someone pick a card unseen by him. They put the card back in the deck. He took the cards and through them at the restaurant window, The card that was picked showed up on the other side of the window facing out towards the street.
