This week we got to spend some time with the new and improved, 2023 Audi Q8 e-tron Sportback out in the Cotswolds to see all the changes Audi has made to the e-tron. Firstly it's now the Q8 e-tron and not just e-tron anymore, but still available in standard SUV or Sportback shape with different trim levels to choose from. The Q8 e-tron has been updated in terms of design, power, and efficiency so this could finally make it competitive in its segment.

It's intresting that the 3D camera and all the infotainment car graphics are the pre face lift vehicle, one small thing that people might not notice but thought it was intresting seeing it on the latest version.

2.9 to 3 miles per kWh...with heating on. This will obviously vary depending on how you drive it. I'd also need it for longer to see how it copes

Boot space is not great and the frunk looks a joke compared to the Teslas. Build quality is usually great in all German cars so Audi isn't any exception. It does look smaller probably the real thing could be bigger than it looks. Model Y is a serious contender compared to the practicality and price I'd say.

Depends on what you want from an EV. Quiet, comfort, easy operation, individual equipment options, clarity, good brakes, etc. Tesla cannot do all of that. Tesla can be cheap, have a little more range and longitudinal dynamics.
