You see, I messed up in setting up my account, and I wanted to create a new account, but I can't do it on a user that already has an account, so I had to create a new user to create the account. However, it turns out that I can't send or copy my save files to the other user, so I can either try to find a way to transfer or copy my files to the second user, or delete the first user and lose all of my save files.

You probably won't see this but you can upload all your stuff to your psn account so everything will be safe
