This was another lovely cake. The Cherries and Almond works so well together and it baked lovely in the Cosori 12 litre oven air fryer.
The bunt tin is in the description below
ingredient’s
250g fresh cherries we used glacé cherries one third in the bottom of the Bundt tin
200g self raising flour
175g unsalted butter
175g caster sugar
3 eggs
a few drops of almond essence
50g ground almonds
50g flaked almonds one Third in the bottom of the Bundt tin
pinch of salt
pinch of baking powder
icing sugar for dusting

Hello me lovelies hope you two are ok too😃what a lovely cake, you two are becoming master bakers now. I think I might make this for hubbies birthday. Last year I made a Battenberg for his birthday, it came out good much to my surprise 🤣 the almonds and cherries go together like a marriage made in heaven in this cake. Once again a cake victory.😃👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼I'm not sure peeps but I think Kerry from budget U.K. said if the cake is 90 on the probe it done. I think it was Kerry😃
Hi Christine, I always thought Battenberg looks complicated. I would get the colours mixed up 😂😂😂😂 I love anything with cherries in it and the Bundt tin seems to like the air fryers. Cake on your birthday is traditional. 👏👏👏👏👏😍🥰❤️😘

Today I feel better than I have done in weeks which is good as I have a special friend visiting (my ex-daughter-in-law, the daughter I didn't know I wanted till she came in to my life), not seen her since we moved here just over 4 yrs ago. You are doing all the experiments for me and I had forgotten how versatile the mixers are. Definitely makes me want to cook and bake more. I’m thinking of blending spices to put into a paste for a curry.

Your cake looks delicious, and just for a change your cherries haven't all sunk to the bottom 😂😂😂 it's a shame you don't own a cake shop, I'm sure you'd be overloaded with customers.
