This sausage and mash pie is from the Hysapientia air fryer oven cook book The book said 200c x30-35 minutes. We thought 160 x20 minutes was enough. I really like the look of that fan Graham,i have a tower fan which is great but I find because it's on the floor beside the bed half the air hits the bottom of the bed so only the top half of the fan is effective but that fan can concentrate all the air on top of the bed, great review 👌👏👏
What a brilliant fan gosh theweather here has been terrible so cold and windy
Hiya Graham nothing to do with fans (electric ones ha ha) Backyard Chef has just posted a video crusty loaf farmhouse air fryer thought I'd throw another project your way atb Bill
Hi bill, thanks mate I love home made bread, you just have to eat it fast 😂😂😂 thanks bill. Wendy fancied iced buns with jam and cream 😋😋😋 thanks bill nice to hear from you as always 👏👏👏👏
Looks a great fan very different. But definitely don't need it today with that wind out side it's was blowing like Dell force winds today 🤣
Hi Sharon, we could just open the window today it’s that windy 😂😂😂😂🥰😍❤️😘👌
I love looking around your garden to see how it's progressing, shame about your potatoes, and you teasing those poor fish, shaking their food, and them thinking you were going to feed them, how many fish have you got? 💯👍💕✋❤️💐
Hi Rosemary, I think the beans are going well at the moment. Those potatoes were all top and no bottom. The fish in the pond have grown loads this year, I’m fed up with cleaning the filter every other day. I’m not sure how many there are 🥰😍❤️😘👍 hi Phillip 👋👋👋👋👍
That looks a very useful fan, as you can use it in a few different ways. I just wish it was a bit warmer to use it. 💯👍💕✋❤️💐
Hi Rosemary. It was a little warmer when we tried it overnight in the bedroom. It was really very good 🥰❤️😘 hi Phillip 👋👋👋👋👋👍
Now that looks a nice fan! 🎉
Hi Lisa, we can’t believe how good these fans are ❤️👌

Hi Vince, they asked me if we would like to show everyone so why not. It is very good 👍
Hello mate that looks delicious and i do enjoy a good sausage casserole or pie, the mash looks fine a bit crispy 😋I bed Wendy had more sausage than you lol, a very good enjoyable watch and must try this recipe, stay safe mate and Wendy 🍻👍👍👍🙏

Hi Fran, the potatoes were all top but what we got should be nice. As for the beans 🤞 they look good at the moment. Not long now Judith 🧳🥰😘

Hi Sandra, I think you told me before you weren’t on face book. That’s no problem at all. I bet you’re watching Wimbledon eating strawberries and why not. Hope you both well 😍🥰❤️😘👍

Hello you two lovely's, that pie looks delicious, Wendy mentioned would make a good Sunday dinner, so I'm going to try it this sunday😋your a great cook Wendy this came out so nice. I just remembered about the wine for cooking, I did try one of those little bottles of cooking wine once and I didn't like the taste so I keep a bottle of inexpensive sherry in me larder cupboard, it is quite sweet though but does the trick when needed but the good old worcester sauce we'll you can't go wrong there can ya.😃👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Hi Christine, it’s a nice filling meal so why not. I’ve used the little bottles of wine but it starts getting expensive doesn’t it. Sherry is a good idea and yes I like Worcester sauce, especially on cheese and tomato on toast mmmm Thank you mi duck 🥰😍❤️😘👍
Excellent! Might have to try this, Graham 👍
Hi Philip, I think you should mate. It really was good🙏👌👍. 😂😂😂I answered you with the wrong video on my mind. Sorry mate I lost the plot again 😂😂😂👍
You won't get any photos of my lovely garden Graham as I only have two hanging baskets at the front door and they were bought in my store garden centre,I used to love a nice garden but since retiring we don't spend a lot of time out the back so the display would be wasted.I changed it all when little Heidi came along to make it child friendly for her to play in,your garden is amazing and my hat comes off to you for all your hard work 👋👋👋👋
Hi Richard, when we had baby grandchildren I just cut the grass. No boarders no greenhouse, just a shed to keep the toys and chairs in. You’re doing it right mate. The scones looked good mate 👏👏👏👏👍
Tickled the life out of me when you chu led the cookery book down! I always use scissors to cut sausages into pieces before cooking in the airfrier to use with pasta or in a sausage and onion pie - I like them crispy with the fat drained off! I used to think I wasn't a fussy eater - but I think I am..... You've got me using the onions in mash as well. Very tasty. The like looked smashing! Crispy and brown! Lovely video! Lee x
PS I have predictive text so texts aren't quite right most of the time - my husband insists its me that's not right not the predictive!!! 😹
Hi Lee, I’m like a big kid throwing the book down 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 it makes me wince when sausage gets chopped up 😂😂. Dried Onion in your mash is a game changer isn’t it mi duck. As for predictive text your in good company with me, my spelling is worse than predictive text 😍🥰❤️😘👌👍
🎼''Six fat sausages sizzling in the pan one went pop, and the other went bang'' 🎶 One of my favourite sounds Graham, sausages frying in the pan which I don't hear nowadays as I do them in my air fryer, unless of course I'm doing a full Scottish breakfast then it's imperative you have a frying pan with plenty of fat as the fried bread soaks it up(heart attack on a plate 😂) The pie looks amazing, would it help to cook it in a Pyrex casserole dish with straight sides rather than your ashet with the flat lip, another enjoyable video guys
Hi Richard, Scottish fry up or not we won’t live for ever will we 🤷♂️. I wondered about the Pyrex dish but Wendy loves the enamel dish. It had to soak overnight, no surprise there mate 😂😂😂👏👏👏👏👍
@@grahamgetsabout2672 Wendy is nostalgic using the enamelled ashet and why not,my fondest memory of that is when my mum took ours out the oven with the bread pudding in it,it was obviously used for other things as it was well chipped but I only remember the bread pudding as that was my favourite 😋
@@pikricky hi Richard, we have similar memories. For Wendy it’s cooking with grandma 👏👏👏👏👏👌👍
That’s great Graham but surely the carrots take a lot longer to cook than the cabbage??
Hi mate yes, as I say it’s all trial and error to get what suits you. The potatoes and veg can vary in time. Stick with it mate. You will use less energy and less steam than pans. One thing remove the seal to wash it. Make sure it’s clean or it might not steam and will smell. 👌👍
@@grahamgetsabout2672 I have removed the seal each time but find it still really smells but fortunately does not taint the food. Thanks for advice.
Can anyone explain to me how to, for example, cook carrots for around five minutes and then add, say, cabbage and broccoli for a minute or two only without having to go through the preheating again on this Cosori pressure cooker unit? Any advice would be gratefully received. Live on my own so was hoping to pretty much do all my veg in the one pot … not having much success so far. I bought a 3 compartment steamer basket for it but not much use if some veg take 5-7 minutes and others take only 1-2. Help please 🤞
Hi mate, this was when we first got the pressure cooker. It’s down to personal taste to be honest. If you cook it all together it will be edible, I find potatoes take the longest, carrots and cauliflower take less but longer than broccoli. If you do potatoes first for ten minutes then add say runner beans for 7 minutes it will be ok but we all live and learn. Don’t be afraid to release the pressure to add something extra. No need to add water then it’s back in pressure quite quick. I hope that is some help. 👍
@@grahamgetsabout2672 this does sound great advice and I will certainly give it another go, so thanks for replying. I’m sure I must be going wrong somewhere with it though cos when I remove the lid to add another vegetable, the lid just doesn’t want to go back on. I am sure it’s because steam is still coming from the food that is already in there. I can’t actually get the lid back on to vent it? 🤔 and then when you put the time in for the newly added veg items it goes back to preheat. Sorry if I’m asking the obvious but where am I going wrong … please help! 😄
Hmmm I just re-read your message and I’m wondering if you mean I should stop the cooking time before it’s finished, then vent it and then add the new veg and presume when you can get the lid back on it just resumes cooking? Hope this is clear. I feel like I’m rambling 😄
@@cazzajee2593 ha ha ha. I’ve made both of these mistakes don’t worry. I might have to do you a video.

Hi Vince, we’ve bought them from the supermarket a couple of times but we weren’t really impressed but these were lovely and very Juicy. We will have to make them for you when you turn up 😂😂😂👍👌
@@grahamgetsabout2672 I had better bring an HGV down with me I think to carry all the grub you guys are going to give me and which will save this poor old pensioner from malnutrition.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I certainly going to try this, I haven't done schnitzel for quite a while. I make mine a little different, but I would like to try this one. We used to flatten them off, spread over the mustard (English) and dip them straight in to the bread crumbs. Great video, Many Thanks Jane :)
Hi Jane, we would have flattened them but they were only about 1/4 inch thick anyway. We really enjoyed these, that gravy really topped them off. 🥰❤️😘😍
That looks amazing! Happy Sunday and God bless you!
Hi Janis, it really was very juicy. God bless you mi duck ❤️🥰😍😘👍

Hi Graham and Wendy, Let me first say I really enjoy watching your vids you put out. Anyway let me bring you back........I am going to buy some replacement silicone seals for my Cosori pressure cooker, are the ones you purchased still working ok ? Thanks.
Hi and thank you 🙏. The seals using our link have been fine. I leave them in the open so when I use them I wash them first. I know they seem cheap but they seam ok 👍 I’ll bring you back 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
