I’m sorry about the pavlova but it seemed so easy to get a fantastic result. Once again mate I cut it into four and it was gone. I was working till 8pm and after having some supper I went to bed around 10pm I watched the Hogmanay show and after the count down I went to sleep so the first thing that passed my lips on 2025 was two slice of Hovis Seeded bread toasted and a large latte at 9am,Happy New Year to you Wendy and the family Graham 🍾🥂👍

Hello Graham. Happy New Year to you and Wendy! Speaking of 2025, I remember when I was a child wondering what it'd be like in the year 2000. (I might have told you this before) I think this was in 1975 - 25 years BEFORE 2000. Now it's 25 years AFTER. What on earth happened?
Hi Philip, I know what you mean mate. Have you seen the price of a carrier bag and you can’t have a wee in the cities anymore without spending at least 20pence. I hope you smiled mate but I know exactly what you mean. 50 years forward and the doorways are full of people sleeping rough. I never saw that as a kid like I do now. So thanks for this and past recipes, which i always write down. I have a suggestion why dont you write a hysapienta cook book. Hopefully 2025 will be a great year for all and yours.xx

I’m glad the pork pies work out good as I enjoyed ours. We cook basic food but Wendy spends a lot of time looking for things we will like and hopefully most others will like too. Let’s hope we all have a lovely 2025 and thank you for the support this instant year. 😍🥰❤️😘👍
