Quiche in the air fryer and a Father’s Day givaway 👍

This was really nice and I’m not the biggest fan of quiche. It was even nicer the second day. Cooked at 180c x20 minutes
short crust pastry
225g (8oz) plain flour
Pinch of salt
50g (2oz) lard
50g (2oz) margarine
30ml (2 tbsp) cold water
Filling
1 onion sliced
150g (5oz) broccoli
3 eggs
150 ml(1/4 pint) milk
Salt & black pepper
100g 4oz mature cheddar cheese grated
