The skewer for the rotisserie is a brilliant concept, but my is it challenging! There must be a technique that I haven’t discovered yet even after 12 months of having this machine. Would love to hear if any other users have mastered this. Or a demo from Cosori would be brilliant! ❤

Maybe should have put the drip tray/baking tray underneath to catch all that oil/chicken juices. Nightmare to clean :)

Just put one in mine, forget that handle thing as I was getting to wound up doing it lol I just ended up pre heating and holding the entire chicken after having tied it up and pushing the bar into the slot and hanging it like that, then I panicked as I have no idea if its working right and all sorts, but im guessing it is, gawd knows why it says 30 minutes, it does on mine as well and mine isnt even cosori but is identical, anyway, got the potatoes on and other things, well boiling ready to roast, lets see how this chicken goes lol Somebody said on another video to place not only the drip tray for, well, drippings but place tin foil over the tray and under to hold it as its easier, I tried this and when ever I turn the oven on the chicken rubs the foil off and then the foil starts flying all over the place, so i scrapped the idea of the foil and just use the tray, anyway going to check to see if anythings on fire or its all working okay, no idea what im doing, so strange coming from a normal oven and knocking up the best roasts, to being a total novice and worried like this, all cos of a new little oven thing lol

I heard that the tin foil should not be use on or under the drip tray, I left the drip try in after the chicken was cooked to cool down then I took it out and used the juice's to make my gravy. But as you said it is awarded to begin with but once you've got the nick it gets easier. Thanks for your comment and watching I do appreciate it :)

@@DawnPorterEscape Oh in the end it all went great, the chicken turned out far better than I had imagined and was lovely! As for a mass mess and all this difficulty cleaning, I am unsure why others had this issue, my drip tray had just enough to run over the chicken again and the potatoes, at the end of cooking it was so easy to wipe clean and the inside of the fryer itself was just fine after a little wipe down. Brilliant little machine actually! Thanks for uploading

I am going through the menopause and get pains in my wrist so I can understand why you would not use the rotisserie for a chicken, I cooked a bigger chicken yesterday and I used the try it was so much easier. The benefit of using small oven is that I have found it cheaper to run, I hope this gives you inspiration to have another go cooking a chicken on a try thank you so much for your comment ;)

I have found it easier to clean then the big oven ,it was difficult at first but like all appliances you do get better at using them and its much cheaper to run. thank you so much for watching and for your feed back see you next Sunday ;)
