That's because... Just because the lead detective runs his mouth about Karen does not make her less of a murderer.
But I believe once the case is retried they can bring up proctor behavior with those messages. The state dropped the ball and taking a huge risk. Even tho the charges are gonna be dropped to less just so they can lock her up and shut all her supporters

He was never impartial if he was a misogynist prick who made a decision on who was guilty in 16 hours instead of letting the investigation play out as it may. Cut the BS with “she’s a murderer” when Proctor & Jen made that determination before John was even cold. We should all be horrified how quickly he made up his mind & RUINED any impartial investigation that could of taken place by removing himself but for whatever reason he just couldn’t step away.

@@jayouterbridge8 do you realize Feds don’t investigate murders unless they involve interstate crimes. This does not. Human trafficking, this does not fall under that. Organized crimes, again does not apply. Crimes that cross state borders, again does not apply. They will also investigate violations of one’s civil rights.
Home owner was a Boston cop, another guest was an atf agent. Everyone else was not law enforcement other than the victim. Now no one in that house was acting under the color of the law so their occupations do not come into play as far as charging them with civil rights violations. So we are left with a white on white crime, no civil rights violations there. JO was not a part of any protected class. So no violations there. The Feds are not picking up this murder case no matter how much you want them to. The fed case is going to die on the vine with no action taken. Oh yeah bias and sloppy police work don’t rise to corruption. It rises to rush to judgement.
The feds can and do investigate whatever they want. Federal government overrides a state government.

Proctor tampered with evidence. He shared confidential investigative information with witnesses. He lied countless times to his superiors and the court. He had no business being on this case with having the level of personal involvement with the individuals where the death occurred. He never investigated or searched the home and property where the death occurred even after saying it looked like a homicide and not an accident. No way in hell you can justify charging Karen or really anyone when there was no real investigation to begin with. All the evidence was tampered with at the scene. There were ZERO photos or video of the scene in its entirety at any point. This has to be the worst excuse for an investigation I have seen in a while in this modern times. They have every tech tool at their disposal and they can’t do better than this? What a disaster.

Who cares about the jury list? Why don't you sequester them like? They should be and stop letting them go home early. Make them do their work that they're there to do, and you will get a verdict. A local reporter stated that she asked the judge for a list. The judge said it’s not public information due to the fact that a verdict was not reached.
It’s good to hear the victim’s family acknowledged and remembering that they want the murderer(s) to pay but surely they would want the correct killer to be found? It amazes me that in their eyes finding “anyone” guilty is better than nobody at this point. Incredible that they, too, have tunnel vision after witnessing the disgusting display by the investigators and prosecution. I believe their grief is clouding their common sense.

Every Cop that was there on that night and was involved in any way with this case now needs to be suspended without pay until a formal investigation is carried out.
