The beans are cooked until tender, allowing them to absorb the flavors of the spices while retaining their natural crunch. Lastly add gram masala, kasuri methi and for garnishing add freshly chopped coriander leaves. This easy-to-make subji pairs perfectly with roti or rice, making it a great addition to any meal.
