This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Athens Park(Champion Homes). The model for this home is the “APS -522a” This home has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and has roughly 390 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Wow for that price I would build one myself. This house tops should only cost 50k and honestly that's pushing it!

Cute house. I don't know if I could downsize enough to make it work. I've pared down quite a bit over the years, but I'm still fighting a constant battle with accumulation. Re: open shelves, I think they're best for things you use and wash frequently; ie, coffee cups, juice glasses, plates, etc. Otherwise, the items will get dusty and grimy.

For that price, they should put closet organizers in the closet and the shower should also be tiled.
This home has such great curb appeal! And how cool that it comes with a hot tub!! I’m getting mountain home vibes from this one!
I'd honestly live here. Love the layout and design to make a smaller space work out. Good size closet in the bedroom, nice use of space for a stackable washer/dryer. Nice amount of cabinets in the kitchen too. Loved the porch! Thanks for the tour!

Really pretty tiny home...love the back splash in the kitchen; nice color. Front porch is excellent...I can see myself enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of iced tea while relaxing there. Thank you Chance!
What a sweet little home. For the size, Biloxi thought of everything. The windows are plenty and beautiful, kitchen is really nice and the cabinets with black are so attractive. I love the litte island witn the drop leaf an extra drawers ... very nice. And the bedroom is spacious and a very decent sized closet. In the bathroom I was so surprised to see the wrap around sink, window, mediine cabinet, and big shower. I love the porch and all the black trim. Very very nice!!Thank you Chance!
Finally, someone was smart and put the wash/dryer in the closet area. In most homes, the washer/dryer is in the middle of the home. If I was to design a full-size mobile home with a walk-in closet the washer and dryer would be there. (Closes from the dryer directly to the closet racks.)
I love the kitchen cabinets, counters and backsplash. A dishwasher would be amazing and I wish each base cabinet has a drawer at the top. I wish the bedroom accessed directly to outside and then a back porch could have the hot tub. The front porch I would enclose as a 3 season porch/ mud room. (Winter weather).

This has got to be my favoritest tiny home ever! So much open space and I too like those 10' walls....allows those beautiful transom windows that allow more light without compromising privacy.
Love the color pallet with the light cabinets and black appliances, sink and hardware!
The shelves by the kitchen window would be great for growing herbs.
I think some tiny houses are neat, if someone prefer them, but it's sad alot of people had to turn to this small space because homes are so outrageously expensive, now that they have become so popular the price have increased on them tremendously & its ridiculous

Depending on where you live you may end up with a porch 1/3 the size of your living space that you may be only able to use half the year. It might make more sense to have that space for a dining area, bigger living room and maybe even that pantry you were hoping to find.
Also, a porch/deck can be added, much much much cheaper than adding additional living space.
Better to just have it all be "House" and then add a deck yourself after
So much put into such a tiny space! Very impressive use of the available space...love especially the little trolly/cart/dining table/cooking surface....wonder if that is for sale on it's own, I could certainly use it in my small apartment. One thing I would add is some pull-down shades for that porch so I could soak privately in that tub.
Nice little home, only have problem with black kitchen(and/or) bathroom sinks! They look nice but if your hooked up to hard water their a bear to keep clean!

Love the kitchen with backsplash and floating shelfs,the bedroom is a nice space,the bath is a bit small but ilike it,but love the front pirch too, i can see myselfsitting and enjoying the scenery.

Lovve it. Check your city ordinances bc here all new homes have to 1000 sq ft. If I had money and land I'd buy a few of these so my nieces, nephews and their family could have a private place to stay when visiting😊. ❤❤

Hey Chance this is a cute home 🏡 i think this is the first time i ever seen a one bedroom one on here i love all the black appliances to nice size bedroom and bathroom to , i like this better than the tiny homes i seen on the other channel where you have to go up the stairs to the bedroom and down for the bathroom all that is horrible my god i need everything on one level , front porch cute with that jacuzzi.

The main thing is to keep it classified as a park model or tiny house so you don’t have to pay property tax on it. The property taxes are out of control here in Texas. Mostly from the school districts.

I wouldn't pay more than $60K for it - that would have to include shipping. At this point I think I might just buy an acre of land in small town, put a fence around it, run electric to it and park an RV on it.

Hello Chance! This place would be a good vacation or weekend home for a couple or a single person. I have to say that I think the price is too high for as small as the place is. But if the place was mine, I'd enclose that front porch, and build a porch on both sides of the house with doors going into them from the enclosed front porch. Then to make more room, I'd take that enclosed front porch and make it into an extension of the living room and kitchen, giving you a bigger living room and kitchen and even a small area for a dining table maybe. I did like that moveable island or table or whatever it's called in the kitchen though. Extra prep space as well as room to squeeze two people on it to eat on, even though they'd be kinda crowded. We'd probably use it for the microwave, as it's too high for me over the stove, and then we'd eat on TV trays in the living room. Of course, if we did the front porch as I said above, we'd have a place to put the microwave anyway, and probably a dining table. Decisions, decisions!! As a vacation or weekend home for one or two people, it's okay, except for the price. Good video Chance. God bless you and your family.
