We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

These home sizes are great for a retiree, my ONLY and I do mean ONLY wish for these are doorways and hallways wide enough for mobility chairs/large wheelchairs.
I would love to see 1 mobile home company build with that in mind
As well as a handicap accessible bathroom. Get rid of the two sinks and have a sink that a w/c can fit under and is big enough to wash hair in. My husband has to wash my hair for me currently and we have just a regular sink and it is hard to get my head and hair where they need to be.
What a perfect suggestion!!! I work in home Healthcare and that has always been an issue!!
My only gripe is there should be two bedrooms otherwise like.
Hmm thanks for ideas. Needs to manufacture homes for accessibility for all PWDs (persons with disabilities). I am deaf and of course they dont have doorbell lights no fire alarm lights. Needs to have it included.

This house is absolutely perfect! For me. The only option I would request besides what is shown here, is a small kitchen island. Maybe a portable one that could be moved around. Thanks Chance, if I had this home it would be a dream come true!
I bought a dining room buffet at a scratch and dent that I plan on using as an island when I do a house. It will be way cheaper. All I have to do is add a counter top. Consider that!

question is...where do you put your vacuum, broom, mop/bucket? No storage closet 🫤
@pmg-1 Install a key hanger in the utility room to hang your swiffer wet jet and get a Roomba. Your shop vac will be in the Tuff Shed outside

This is the best tiny home I have seen. But I must say if that bathroom had a bathtub in it it would have been perfect. Something you just don't see in tiny homes is a bathtub.
I'll admit Chance, I was getting bored w/the videos because all the single wide mobile homes basically look the same. This single wide mobile home is gorgeous, perfect layout and roomy. Yes, I understand it's a one bedroom, "more room" but that's exactly a few of us on here wanted. One of the best homes on the channel.
I really like this one bed, one bath little place. I think it would be great for retirement folk.

Hey Chance! So.... I've been a subscriber & "watcher" since the big lockdown. I watch on the tv & think about making comments but usually forget (that unfortunately happens after 50🙄). I'm generally not a fan of tiny homes, but this one is AMAZING! I will definitely be sharing this with my brother in law!

This is the perfect sweet spot between trendy tiny homes (sleeping "lofts", half-size appliances, composting toilets) and a very smart small hme. Love it!

Oh my gosh I LOVEEEE the kitchen and living room in this one so much! It doesn't feel tiny at all! I LOVE that they didn't stack the microwave on top of the stove/oven which helps make it not feel cramped, and having the fridge/microwave slightly off to the side opens it up as well. The living room is roomy enough for 2 recliners and a couch too! I could definitely live in this if I maybe had a garage with a bit of extra storage room because the only thing this is missing is storage space.
Agreed, a storage room would be needed for me. If I could get a carport added to match then a little closed in area would work. Of course, a carport isn't ideal in snow country but it's better than nothing and I know since I'm in South Dakota! But I want to relocate to a warmer climate with less humidity for retirement. So freight/set up cost is going to be a make it/break it deal! I'm impressed with the price!!!
Also the location of the microwave is awesome and much more important than builders realize. My mom couldn't reach the one above the stove without a stool and as she aged that was dangerous so dad had to buy one to sit on the counter. My house in central California had the microwave built in with the oven under it so both were easy to access without bending way over or reaching high. Under the flat top stove was perfect storage for pots and pans.

You had me at 2 bedroom... so there's a designated office/ work from home space. I really like this one, except I'd have to add a small closet or cabinet for coats and shoes. Great work as always Chance!
I notice all these warm state built homes exclude 4 season living needs, closets for coats and boots, . Plus in the bedroom winter clothes and summer clothes take more space than one narrow closet.

I like the two bedroom. It gives the room for an office and adds an extra closet.. Also it took the second door out and made room to put a full size washer and dryer.

I love love love this one. I look at these and I think man I wish they had this or that, but this one has 98% of it all. I would like a powder room and ALL the windows to open, but it just about checks all the boxes.

I really like this home a lot. 18 wide makes a huge difference. I was really impressed with the size of the dining space. The lower kitchen cabinet color reminds me of Verdigris (think the color of the Statue of Liberty).

@chance I use to live near Athens. But no back in Missouri. I live in a tiny home now. It is not well set up. But man oh man I love this one. Hi Chance and Cullen ..very nice home ...Laundry needs a door...bath needs a extra shower 🚿 head.... water heater does not belong in the bedroom closet...they need to reconfigure...love the kitchen ...only thing cabinets should ne to the ceiling..I would put a small island in the kitchen...deck in the back....Be safe Be Blessed

Tiny homes are under 400 sq. ft. But this is a cute little house for sure!❤ I’m saving to build my dream tiny home with double dormers and 3 “bedrooms”. It’s a movement and I love the idea of living without “stuff” & living to enjoy life, travel & have quality time with family and friends. Cannot wait! Love your videos!❤
