The Belmont is on sale today for $110,000. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.

As an owner of a 24' x 36' 864 sq. ft. two bedroom one bathroom house with an 8' x 23' porch - I am a big fan of homes in this size range. Love this Belmont! I would definitely do a wrap around porch on this model.
I love the side by side washer and dryer. The barn doors in the master bedroom. The tile shower in the master suite. Beautiful home. I love the hutch in the kitchen/dinning area.
If the shower had a built-in bench, it would be even more accommodating.
I love this! I want one to put on my brothers property. I live in Tennessee. I'm planning a trip to Texas this summer, so I will be paying you a visit. "Others" do not even compare to your homes. ❤
I love watching these cause of Mr Tiny. He's so handsome and funny. I would buy a tiny home from him before any other seller. These really are nice homes. And compared to other builders they're fabulous. A certain one in Tennessee ask outrages prices and there's never a nice bathroom. Or closets. Barely a living area. Or loft space. All these homes have lots of nice amenities. Just cause your going tiny shouldn't mean you should live like your camping everyday. Thanks Mike "Mr Tiny". Did I mention how handsome he is? 👍🤗

I love it. The floor plan checks off my list. If I were ordering one, I’d want a deep bathtub a stationary shower head with a wand on it. No shower door. I’d like the tile behind the tub/shower to go all the way to the ceiling. I’d want the porch extension with a deck outside the kitchen. Those pendant lights

As I've aged, I have realized I need drawers or pullout shelves bellow the counter.

I'd flip that kitchen to the other side and make it L-shaped so a person could add a table. One entrance door to the bathroom is enough. Side by side washer/dryer is nice, so is that closet.

Love the concrete countertops! This home is absolutely perfect. Or it will be when I put the deck with bar and fireplace on it!
I love this one and I love the tile in the bathroom and lights above the vanity mirror. Nice size porch as well. Lots of cabinets and closet space! It needs a color pop! Perhaps one wall somewhere but that's an easy update.

This is your best floorplan by far ~ absolutely gorgeous. I actually like the neutral colors. Because one season I might like turquoise blue decor; the next, greens; then dark red, & so on...

This home is perfect! 😍👍🏻 The only two things i would change are: i would prefer a bathtub and i would want a hand shower. Other than that, everything is great 🤩
This is a lovely floorplan!! Maybe a little larger than I want personally, to retire alone in and maintain, cleaning, etc. Really love the kitchen area and built in desk! Actually, I like everything and all the ample storage!

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins, the open shelves on the island, and the hutch. Mr. Tiny, you are doing a great job of touring these places, and I appreciate everything that you do. I really love the size of this place as well. This would be great for someone starting out or for those who wants to downsize. I have 2 requests. 1. Aside from the 2 bedrooms downstairs, how about a loft as well. 2. I would like to see a shower/tub combo. I love that color of the sectional and how it fits in the large living area.❤❤❤❤❤
Very nice and spacious with lots natural light. Better closet in the primary bedroom.

I would like to see a bedroom at each end of a home! There would be less space wasted on hallways! This would make the second bedroom a lot bigger!
I simply LOVE these bigger floor plan cottages. I live in Missouri where it gets far below zero in the winter. The real info I need is: is this made with 2x6 walls? (which is required for proper insulation in cold weather States) What is the R-Factor of walls, floor, and ceiling? Are these models already equipped with accessible heat tape ( to wrap all pipes) under the home? -I have already called and I was told it would be at least $20,000.00 dollars to haul to my land in Missouri..and I would have to find the hauler....but no further info was given...guess I will call back and hopefully find someone I can talk to that knows the specs on your beautiful homes...! I am NOT giving up!!! LOVE these homes! 😀

Love how open the house is. So roomy you can put a sectional in it. I think the 2nd bedroom would be my closet 😊 The kitchen has a lot of storage, love that!😊
the subtle cues like the kitchen island corners being rounded off to give more freedom to move around the area without stabbing yourself in the hip as you navigate around the cottage. I think that should be a selling point to mention in future videos or demonstrate as a key feature.
Love the space and placements of furniture arrangement in this model. Outside looks good as well. This is one I would like to have if I was in the market ❤

I would like to see a house this size tricked out like a XXL TINY. With a nice size living area, bump out banquet dining fitting up to 6, king bedroom, loft for storage & guest space. Instead of “little” bedroom make a mud/laundry room with storage & 1/2 bath. I also like the larger porch on front with the stone style fireplace and room for grill.

Still would like to see a half bath in these homes! I really don’t like that guests use my private bath. Also, use the appropriate size appliances for the kitchen… it would offer more counter space. Overall it is a beautiful home!
Very nice! The only thing i would change is to take out the cabinet over the toilet and put in an opening window for ventilation.
So love this!!! ❤❤❤ I'd rather have a U shaped kitchen; I'd lose the second bedroom or make it smaller, and have one entrance for the bathroom. I'd also like a lower window for the office space so I can look out rather than stare at a wall.
Just a little bigger with a second bath , would be perfect. Needs a gas fireplace. There appears to be a lot of storage.A lot of nice in a small package.

I love this floor plan and the colors. The only thing is I wish the island would seat more than two. Maybe the open shelf and cabinet could be left off to accommodate another stool or two. But this is exactly what I’m looking for and the price is pretty good

I’m keeping an eye out hoping you will present another rustic ranch house. Hopefully one that will be in a three bedroom two bath.
Asking me what I like about it. To start it’s a decent price. Love the faux concrete countertops and no carpet. Of course I like y’all Bcuz it’s wood, Sheetrock, not vinyl walls and metal closet rails etc. Tile backsplashes. Quality. Looks like a regular little house/cottage and doesn’t give off “old trailer” or camper or apartment vibes. The easy maintenance and warranties. I just wish Texas wasn’t so far away (shipping costs). This neutral color scheme tho is the best. So easy to put any decor in it and change it up whenever you want to. Light and airy. Vaulted ceilings. Tiled large shower. Good use of storage. Barn doors. Sliding doors to add a deck etc. This one is out of the park for me. Home run. Lol.
I like this floor plan. It checks all the boxes. The only changes I would consider are a larger second bedroom, maybe 2 master bedrooms, and a second bathroom. If you have two adults like mother and adult child, they need their privacy. Possibly a fireplace would be nice. It's a good floor plan.

what kind of insulation does this cottage have. we need to know how warm they will be in the winter and how cool they'll be in the summer. How energy efficient are they?
I like the layout of this floorplan, it is an effecient use of space.
I much prefer natural wood doors & trim, I know that adds a lot in price but I prefer it...
Mr Tiny, The Belmont is perfect for my needs, other than a few cosmetic changes on the interior. Expample 1. Remove the island. 2. Change out the floor color and wood beam. ( More Hickory stained ) 3. Back splash ( White Subway Tiles ) 4. All Counter Tops ( Butcher Block )
Nice open place. There's room for a second bathroom though.
Iam from Wisconsin and it gets really cold in this State.so less windows means less heat loss and besides that we can't see out windows that are frosted and snow covered in the winter.😊

Another bath is needed for the other room and when guest is over.

This is NEAR perfect for what I am looking for. Just two things missing, I need a shower/bathtub combo and a panty. other than that it would be perfect. I store quite a lot of food because I cook a lot from scratch.
As I've said many many time I love the tiny homes ov4r and over again but, please let's see some made with less windows in the living room.
Could you do a banquet instead of the bar seating off the island?
