    Thank you, Kayce. I need to work on moderation and portion control. It’s so easy to grab too much on the go or eat too much when I go out because the portions are so big.

      I agree - it's so easy to eat too much - and portion sizes can be huge!

    Good reminders! I would like to suggest no more than 64 oz of water in a day. My physical therapist teaches that more than half a gallon can cause too much weight on your pelvic floor which leads to problems with “leaking.” 🥴 Something to consider. ☺️
