I agree, it's the best looking 1/28 model out of the lot and definitely my favourite pick out of them as you can actually go off road with it, the rally cars and mini infraction pickup truck version can only really be used on tarmac or indoor carpet tracks. Cheers for watching Saul 👍
Thanks Mike, this is now my fave little 1/28 scale from WLtoys now, the rally cars are cool but they can't go off road like this desert buggy. Cheers and have a good week ahead brother 👍
Yeah this one would have to mbe my favourite out of all of these smaller 1/28 scales for the fact you can actually can take it off road unlike the other rally cars. Thanks for watching Ryan
Would be neat to have 2 speeds, but that's asking a bit too much for the size and price of course - and not many would do any much crawling with it anyhow. Wonder what size brushless you could swap in?
What do you recommend a bit bigger in the cheap realm that i can get off road and have air control like a 200$ plus rc car but cheap this would be neat for the house but iam looking for a bit bigger for the summer
Hey there my RUclips friend, I've got one of these RC Car on the way, I'm looking forward to getting it. Thanks for the wltoys video. You can't go wrong with wltoys RC Car's etc. Keep up the good work fella, massive 👍's up!
hi they modified the gimbals, right? they are longer??? and did they change modify the differentials??? or any other parts compared to the K989...thank you if you have information.. already the K989 is a good little 1/24, even original for fun or for a child or to learn RC car modeling, it's great... otherwise with a few parts and a little money you can transform it into a small car... with a radio and a brushed ESC and the original engine, it runs like hell... and if you pass it on bruschless it's a plane, lol... I have an aluminum and carbon chassis and all the parts in aluminum and esc and bruschless motor rims tires etc etc etc. I took my time, I waited for the sales and good promotions to make it as cheap as possible while only buying good branded pieces...I don't regret it...see you all..
@@PERTHWESTOZRCI already have a SCY 16102 pro that I’m waiting for but after watching this video I thought maybe a smaller one would be better since she is 7. I’ll put it on the slower setting, it should work. Thanks.
That’s an awesome little thing looks like they still have the drivetrain issue where the gearboxes are just a bit to tight with some sanding where the bearings go and where the diff sits also needs some sanding after that they should be good
The motor on mine slows down when I turn the steering. I guess that they will al do this to try to stop it from flipping but for people who know how to drive, not kids, it's a big negative.

There is any compatibility with 3rd part pieces (tamiya,traxxas,kyosho...)?
I've heard that original custom parts are a bit trashy...
Things pretty quick! Always reminds me of how much RC's have changed since the early 2000s. Wish I had these as a kid lol
Thanks for watching mate 👍
Definitely the coolest looking version😍
Yeah great micro RCs these 1/28 rigs, sick little jumps🤘

Yeah it zips around pretty quick for such a small RC hey Dan 👍

What is the best 1:28 basher for a kid?
For actual bashing, I'd go with a 16th scale or larger

Yeah the drive train seems a little tight, sanding sounds like a good idea. thanks for watching mate
