@@bryanbryant9962 the 10428 is much more difficult to find. Honestly if I had to do it over again, I wouldn't have bought it. I had more issues with it than any other RC. It was the first one I replaced electronics on. Then2 speed transmission & slipper clutch isn't great IMO. I would skip it and find a more suitable 1:10, even if it means spending more up-front, you'll likely be happier in the long run.

Purchase which one. I believe the 12428 was purchased on Amazon and the 10428 was from Banggood.

@@bryanbryant9962 I put the rear suspension and arms off a 10428 on my 12428, it now has 1/10 scale wheel base making it much more stable

The 10428 is a 1:10 scale, which is larger than the 12428; at 1:12 scale.
