Mr coach Ray, I've been pulling for ten years on and off states is coming up in July, I'm locked in I'm 44 I've watched a lot of your videos. What can I do to cut more weight. I'm 5'7 210 lbs I want to get to 175. Bye July is it possible?
So you essentially have 5 months to lose 35 pounds, that's 7 pounds per month. You can reduce the amount of carbs and fats in your diet, keeping your protein up so you don't lose muscle. Drink plenty of water so you don't hold water. Coming up to comp, the final week perhaps, zero carbs and loads of water, day before comp no water and you'll continue to pee out water, you'll be amazed how much weight in your body is stored water and unpassed food. If your weigh in can be the day before comp, weigh in then and refuel immediately.

Well one will get you far but it will create weaknesses. So more balanced your training less weakness.
