I'm performing the exercises previously shown in ur video for closing the gap. Now I'm left with 1 finger gap. Is it normal? Or I should continue with the exercises to completely close the gap. Also I want to know that can I do squats and jumping jacks?
+Nandini Hiremath yes...that’s considered “normal”. You can do squats ..be sure to keep your core tight and do proper form. And you can also do jumping jacks. I’m curious...What was your finger width before you started my exercises?

Will this help close diastasis recti that starts right below your chest cage and goes all the way down below your belly button!? That’s how mine is formed from what I’ve noticed. @bodiesafterbabies

Hi Bodies after Babies. Thank you for your videos. They're precious to me and have actually helped me go from a 4 finger width gap to a 2 finger width gap. However, the gap goes deep, so I guess that's why the 2 finger width has refused to close no matter how hard I have tried. I still have a pooch that looks like a 4month old pregnancy. I really don't know what else to do. Help please!
+Onyinye Akauba please keep going on the exercises...you’ll get there. It’s important to also pay attention to your posture and how you get out of bed..all of these contribute. Even the way you pick up a laundry basket. I’ll help however I can xox

Love that it's standing up,my children no longer allow me to lay on thefloor with me becoming a playground

Hi Eva, You'll have to be very careful in doing crunches again.You have to do these progressions first before jumping into anything like that. I''m going to be posting a video this week on planking. xox
People start seeing results as soon as a week or two, depending how consistent they are with the exercises and avoiding exercises that will make it worse
You can definitely do squats but don't go too heavy on the weights. You don't want to put added pressure on your stomach while you are trying to close the gap. Hope that helps.
1 round yes...if you feel like you can do more you can always increase the reps or do another round. Many moms start to see a difference in a week or 2. Do you know how many finger widths yours is?

You said in one of your videos that cardio with a combination of light weights maintaining good form will help to lose weight.

Do we need to close the gap before getting into working out? Or it’s ok to combine all your videos alone with the work out for close the gap? Can you make video for how to firm up the shaggy boobies?
You can still work out but it is important to do these exercises (and my other diastasis videos) as they are specific to the issue. You just want to make sure if you are working out not to do twisting movements, lifting too heavy etc. I did a video on it - ruclips.net/video/Uco7BPKp16I/видео.html

You can definitely do squats but don't go too heavy on the weights. You don't want to put added pressure on your stomach while you are trying to close the gap. Hope that helps.

I am 8 years post partum and I look like a 4 month pregnant lady 😭😭 my Physio told me that nothing can be done with your situation 😓
