      I'm performing the exercises previously shown in ur video for closing the gap. Now I'm left with 1 finger gap. Is it normal? Or I should continue with the exercises to completely close the gap. Also I want to know that can I do squats and jumping jacks?

      +Nandini Hiremath yes...that’s considered “normal”. You can do squats ..be sure to keep your core tight and do proper form. And you can also do jumping jacks. I’m curious...What was your finger width before you started my exercises?

      Thank u so much for ur reply.. before it was 2.5 finger gap and now it is 1 finger gap. Thank u so much it was possible only thru ur exercise videos for diastasis recti.

    Hi Dear, my diastasis recti gap is 1cm and I also have lower back pain so can you please suggest which of your exercise I can follow to heal both. And I also want to lose some weight please suggest things which will work best for my condition.

    Hi i am a new subscriber, I am a mother of 3.5 .months old baby, my doctor told me that I have 4 fingers gap in upper abdomen and 5 fingers gap in lower abdomen she taught me some excercises also, can u please suggest anything else, I am doing those excercises I want to rectify it badly.     Will this help close diastasis recti that starts right below your chest cage and goes all the way down below your belly button!? That’s how mine is formed from what I’ve noticed. @bodiesafterbabies

    Mam I have 3 kids. I have 6 fingers gap. My tummy looks very big. Please help which excersise I should follow.. struggling with back pain also sometimes 😪 can I flatten my tummy. ? I am 37yrs old.

    Hi Bodies after Babies. Thank you for your videos. They're precious to me and have actually helped me go from a 4 finger width gap to a 2 finger width gap. However, the gap goes deep, so I guess that's why the 2 finger width has refused to close no matter how hard I have tried. I still have a pooch that looks like a 4month old pregnancy. I really don't know what else to do. Help please!

      +Onyinye Akauba please keep going on the exercises...you’ll get there. It’s important to also pay attention to your posture and how you get out of bed..all of these contribute. Even the way you pick up a laundry basket. I’ll help however I can xox

    Thank you for three standing video. I did your other exercise video for my previous pregnancy, went from a whole fist and then more room to3 fingers. So I looked for your video after this pregnancy. Love that it's standing up,my children no longer allow me to lay on thefloor with me becoming a playground

    Hey thanks a lot I tried your 7 days challenge exercise and get lots of help currently I m 6months pp and start ur exe when I was 2-3 months pp that t8me my DR was 3.5 finger and now it’s 1.5 finger... but I still have very loose skin in my tummy and my thighs and hips are heavy can u pls suggest some workout to loose weight specially from my lower body.. thx

      +PJ I’m so happy you’re seeing results! Keep going on them 👍🏼 I do have a video on a tummy tightening serum I use and I will definitely do some more workout videos...especially for the lower body xox Thank you 🙏🏼 for the suggestion

    New subscriber. Loving your channel and videos. I dont have children but I had a hysterectomy four years ago and I have been living with a swollen abdomen ever since, the same one I see in post partum women. Do you think your exercises can help even after that long? I was doing regular abs and getting nowhere or even worse. Thank you in advance!

    But i wanna ask could i do crunches if my diastasis recti disappear or it will increase it again so i cant do crunches or planks ?

      Hi Eva, You'll have to be very careful in doing crunches again.You have to do these progressions first before jumping into anything like that. I''m going to be posting a video this week on planking. xox

    How long befor you see results?

      People start seeing results as soon as a week or two, depending how consistent they are with the exercises and avoiding exercises that will make it worse

    Can one do squats with heavy weights while trying to close the gap?

      You can definitely do squats but don't go too heavy on the weights. You don't want to put added pressure on your stomach while you are trying to close the gap. Hope that helps.

      1 round yes...if you feel like you can do more you can always increase the reps or do another round. Many moms start to see a difference in a week or 2. Do you know how many finger widths yours is?

    Thank you so much for your videos, you are doing an amazing job with helping so many mamas with their mummy tummys. I’m 4 months pp, starting your exercises. Didn’t know anything about diastasis recti, none of my mama friends knew it either, had already started with cardio and light exercises when I found out about DR. I feel I have a smaller gap, I have some cushioning around my belly button that I’m not able to go deep. I want to know if I can start jogging? You said in one of your videos that cardio with a combination of light weights maintaining good form will help to lose weight.

      MsMaryElaine yes a combo will definitely help and be mindful of what you’re eating if there’s an “extra layer”...yes you can start jogging 👍🏼

    Do we need to close the gap before getting into working out? Or it’s ok to combine all your videos alone with the work out for close the gap? Can you make video for how to firm up the shaggy boobies?

      You can still work out but it is important to do these exercises (and my other diastasis videos) as they are specific to the issue. You just want to make sure if you are working out not to do twisting movements, lifting too heavy etc. I did a video on it - ruclips.net/video/Uco7BPKp16I/видео.html
