    Omg, I was cringing when you were showing all of the "no-no" excercises for the core bcuz I have been doing ALL of them 😬 and wondered why I'm toning everywhere else BUT my core. It's been driving me crazy! 😩
    I just had my second son, second csection, three months ago and started working out and eating right as soon as I got the clearance from my Dr. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO AND MORE!!! I'm going to start doing your diastasis recti excercises starting today! New subscriber here for sure. Thank you again! 🤗🙂

    Hi, After giving birth to twins 2 1/2 years ago I was back in the gym as soon as my physician gave me the ok (I had a C-section). I'm back to my original weight and my arms and legs are toned however my stomach still bulges out and it drives me crazy! I've found your channel and am going to try your exercises. Do you think things can still improve even after 2 1/2 years?

    What about side planks is that not okay to do when you have diastasis recti!? Can you also share with us what cardio exercises are okay including weight exercises!? Maybe which exercises are most effective to help close that gap better!? I’ve been doing backwards lunge biceps curls, two count lunges, surrenders, side planks or side planks hip lifts, weighted deadbug or deadbugs without weights, weighted glute bridges or bridges without the weights and this doesn’t seem to help. I still look like I’m 2-4 mo pregnant. A lot of what I’ve noticed could be diastasis recti but I also have loose skin it’s all in my lower belly it won’t seem to tone!! Help please!!! I need tips on what I can do to fix it!! It’s embarrassing!!

    Hi your diastasis ractie exercise really work for me. I had 2 finger gap that is almost healed. But the tummy size is still same.🤔 what should i start now?

      I'm so glad it's helping!!! That's awesome ❤. Keep working on strengthening your core...and now start focusing on your nutrition..what you eat, how much (portions) etc. Make sense?

      @@EdenDIYsandlifeStyle I try to reply to every single comment :) Eating is important especially with nursing....but many moms will eat toast crusts off of a plate or whatever is "convenient". You can write down your eating for the next 3 days which will give you a great idea of where you can adjust. OR you can use an app like MyFitnessPal. What kind of food do you have a hard time resisting?

      @@BodiesAfterBabies I think sugary foods...other then that my diet is very normal usually whole wheat bread with cooked vegetables , meat, chicken etc or rice.

    Please do a postpartum full workout video I can follow along to so I can do it. I definitely want to close the gap up after I give birth.

    How long do we need to do these exercises to close the gap and how do we know we are healed? I really don't understand the whole gap issue and how to tell.

      Smaji Tony im wondering the same thing if I didn’t do these exercises will my stomach get back to normal I’ve heard people saying it takes time for your stomach to get back to normal regardless but it makes me wonder as well is it true can your stomach muscles go back into place or do I have to continue to do diastasis recti exercises if I have diastasis recti!!??

    I wish you would do a video on getting your vagina back to normal after baby , nobody ever really talks about this it's all tummy's and loosing weight ! I'm tired of people just saying do kegels ! Kegels alone just don't work ! Please help those of us suffering in silence

      +Ghadeer al-Sureh there are better ways to get a tight stomach that use the entire body and not the traditional crunch/sit-ups. If you close the dr and strengthen your core you may be able to do crunches but you do risk opening it. Know what i mean?

    Hello. how are you? thx for the posting.i am new to your chanel. need help.i have never had tummy all my life but when I gave birth to my first baby,he is one year one month,I start having tummy and it increased, I look like 5 month pregnant. still have the weight also. help mee. my baby was four and half kilo ( more than 9 pound).my tummy was big. need to get my tummy back,and to lose weight.what are the process should I follow? I tried to check the gap, it is almost 2.one finger but it still a small place,that's why I say almost two. when I do exercise for diatasis should I contract my belly ,stop breathing while lifting my leg (bicycle exercise) or bridge exercise.please answer me. may i have your email or facebook to contact you ? thank you

      When you lift your leg, you breathe out...when you lift up in the bridge...breath out. Yes...keep your core contracted. HOpe that helps....my email is bodiesafterbabies@gmail.com
