    Great workout and I feel much better after doing it for a month. One finer gap has gone away (this workout + walking + proper diet) :-) Thanks a lot for posting this!! And can you tell me why I'm getting a little knee pain in squat positions? Am I doing something wrong?

      So happy you are seeing results!
      Yes, it can do something with your form. When you squat, be sure that your knees are over your ankles not your toes. It’s a common mistake. 👍🏼

      You're welcome. These are mummy tummy friendly and also have a few in there that will help your tummy (like the dead bug exercise). I"m currently working on a chest workout video :) Thank you for the suggestion xox.
