Hi Linda, lots of love and gratitude to you. I kept doing these exercises for almost 1.5 months now. And my DR is now down to 2 fingers from a wide 4 finger gap 😄😄😄♥️♥️♥️. I am currently 3.5 months post partum. Also the depth of the gap is quite shallow now. I feel much stronger in my core and able to carry my elder son who is 7 years old . I am so happy and blessed to have come across your vedio . For all those ladies out there, I would say just be patient and keep doing these exercises. They sure show results and help you heal faster and stronger. Bless you all 🙏🏼
Thank you for the videos. My son is 2 yrs old now and I have been doing home workout (ie. HIIT) for the last two years but it seems my DR is not healed yet. I just did this workout and I plan to do it everyday. I hope to my DR will be healed soon by doing this workout.

Finally a DR video without: sit-ups, crunches, front planks, pilates 100, Russian twists, yoga’s boat pose, cobra, downward facing dog, and exercises on hands & knees. Too many women include these in they videos FOR healing DR. They need to re-title their videos, because they’re making those muscles weaker on desperate, uneducated women. My first baby just turned 1 year and 3 months. I delivered via vertical c-section which is why I am afraid of doing any work outs. I haven't done anything strainoues since giving birth and I feel like I am very weak. I checked for diastasis recti and indeed I have it. I hope these exercises will help.

+Koca Anders when the gap is closed you can advance to other exercises 👍🏼. You can still do some “normal” exercises as long as it doesn’t put pressure on your stomach or any twisting movements. Hope that helps. 🍻
+Koca Anders you can do other exercises as long as they won’t hinder your progress...it’s best to stay away from twisting movements, crunches and anything that puts pressure on your stomach. You can do weights as well just not too heavy. Hope that helps
I've made a lot of mistakes with exercise and workouts after giving birth. Now I'm 1 year postpartum and my dr and abdomen do not look good at all. Will this kind of exercise still help me? I just hope it's not too late to fix my abdomen...
Trying to remember to breathe, hold my stomach on and do the exercises was hard! But thank you. I’m going to stick with it and prayerfully see results. I have 2 kids. The youngest is 2 and csections with both. My stomach is so ugly and hanging!! I wanna feel good in clothes again and look good for hubby!

Hi Linda, I had DR of 3/2 wen I checked wit my physio last month. After doing ur 1 week challenge 2 finger gap below belly button got closed👍👍. But the 3 finger gap above the belly button remains as it is☹️. I am 6 months postpartum wit my 2nd baby. Could u pls let me know which all the exercises r gud for closing this 3 finger above belly button gap? My physio suggested me to do a boat pose and a modified plank(nly lifting buttocks by resting the knees on ground). But I feel like it's going to worsen the situation as m getting a pouch while doing these two. I hav a checkup after 2 weeks, n f thr s no progress thn she ill refer to a surgeon 😭 So pls help me wit ur valuable suggestion🙏

Yes one round is enough...you may find you are a little sore even the next day. You can always increase the reps or do another round if you'd like. Many moms start to see a difference in as little as 1-2 weeks. Consistency is key and also being mindful of your posture and daily habits as some of these might hinder your progress. Hope that helps xox
I have a question. Did your stomach ever cramp up when you bent over with diastasis recti? I've told both my ob dr and my gp dr and they don't think anything of it. I feel like even a couple of years after having my daughter it wasn't that bad and now it's worse today than ever. Also, is there a posture video for sitting and standing?

Àsôôm Àli Yes, I am. Actually eating low carbs like bread, pasta etc. More veggies and protein and working out. But tummy is round. I’m 6 months post partum and breastfeeding
Hi, it could be the bread and pasta, I realize the same with me, i started with a fast, and then slowly started the eat the things that i would, and i realize that bread and pasta and cheese, cows milk would keep me bloated... once I cut those things out, my stomach would be significantly lower...
+Gabriela Cuellar which exercises have you been doing? Have you checked for the size of your DR? You have to also focus on nutrition and posture...even the way you get out of bed is a factor. The exercises should be challenging for you...if they aren’t you have to up the reps or rounds 👍🏼
This really works I did this for 3 weeks and my stomach did flatten out !

You have to also focus on nutrition and posture...even the way you get out of bed is a factor. The exercises should be challenging for you...if they aren’t you have to up the reps or rounds 👍🏼
