Every other video says leg lifts are an absolute no-no for Diastasis Recti, as they're almost like an ab crunch. ???

This has defo helped me. I have been doing this along side two other dr videos everyday and in the space of a week i see a difference. Ive also been drinking more water.
I'm a little frustrated with my belly fat. I used to be really petite but after my first baby i just don't know how to go back to my flat stomach and small waist. Will try to do this from today onwards. Will keep you posted. Thanks.

Hi , firstly i would like to thank you so so much for the video .I am a first time mom and developed a ventral hernia due to a neglected DR ( i never knew i had either one of these ) . I didnt want to undergo a surgery without first helping myself to some extent . I started doing the above video 3 years 4 months postpartum and was diagnosed hernia 2 yrs 2 months pp .
ANd i must say that my hernia has definitely shrunk (i am also doing intermittent fasting and losing weight to support myself )

When you said keep your belly button on the ground, do you mean sucking in the tummy while doing these exercises? Any tips on how to lose the belly fat only? I have 2 kids and I already went to back to my pre pregnancy weight, but still have about 1 inch of belly fat. There are so many other ways to work our abs than situps...and of course we all naturally think situps first right?!?!

Once the seperation is closed, can is be accidentally reopened? Or are the results permanent?

As long as you strengthen your core and keep it strengthened, you'll find it won't go back..however! There are many factors that can keep you from closing it like your posture, wrong exercises etc. Hope that helps...

As soon as 1-2 weeks depending on how consistent you are but many moms are reporting starting to see results that soon xox. Welcome aboard!

Do you think the intermediate works faster than the beginner exercises? For a quicker healing?
For sure not...it's a progression because many moms who haven't gone through the first phase will find that they can't do things like straighten their legs without arching their back or coning in their stomach etc. When they can start to strengthen with basics then they can go on to the intermediate ones. The modifiers should help but some moms will find even that difficult. Hope that makes sense xox.
