      Every other video says leg lifts are an absolute no-no for Diastasis Recti, as they're almost like an ab crunch. ???

    Thank you so much,i have three children,and my third child is 7 months,through cs i have been struggling with big tummy all my life and never knew i had diatetetics recti but since i found this video and doing this exercise i can see little changes in my stomach for two weeks now,thank you so much 😍

      +MAIway I know it’s super frustrating ...I’m working on a course to help with everything about the tummy and help get rid of it ♥️ I’d love to have it out by end of October 🤞

    My belly is starting to change shape and actually lift, the lower pooch is actually starting to lift....😁 Thank you so much....I do your routine twice a day...about a month now... starting to see th results. Didn't think at first, the moves being simple....but precise movement and consistency....thank you ! 😘

    This has defo helped me. I have been doing this along side two other dr videos everyday and in the space of a week i see a difference. Ive also been drinking more water.

    I'm a little frustrated with my belly fat. I used to be really petite but after my first baby i just don't know how to go back to my flat stomach and small waist. Will try to do this from today onwards. Will keep you posted. Thanks.

    Hi , firstly i would like to thank you so so much for the video .I am a first time mom and developed a ventral hernia due to a neglected DR ( i never knew i had either one of these ) . I didnt want to undergo a surgery without first helping myself to some extent . I started doing the above video 3 years 4 months postpartum and was diagnosed hernia 2 yrs 2 months pp .
    ANd i must say that my hernia has definitely shrunk (i am also doing intermittent fasting and losing weight to support myself )

    Do you have any full workout video as well? Of all the videos I have checked out (and I'm saying it's been months of research) you are the one I like the most. You have a fresh positive "real" attitude and approach to how a woman's body changes after pregnancy. If you have full workout please let me know. M already doing your diastis recti one.

    Hi there, love you simple to follow and effective routine. You're very smoothing and encouraging. Will these help with lower belly , I have a little hanging belly pooch, annoying....my core is getting stronger but seems like lifting that lower belly taking forever....please advise.thankyou. 🙏🌈

    When you said keep your belly button on the ground, do you mean sucking in the tummy while doing these exercises? Any tips on how to lose the belly fat only? I have 2 kids and I already went to back to my pre pregnancy weight, but still have about 1 inch of belly fat. I don’t want to lose more weight since I’m already a bit underweight, I just want to lose the belly fat. Love your vids btw, super easy to follow

    Very nice video. But I feel muscle sore after workout. What does muscle sore indicates? Is it something wrong I am doing? My gap 4 fingers. If I follow this workout alone, enough or I have to do any other ?

      As long as you strengthen your core and keep it strengthened, you'll find it won't go back..however! There are many factors that can keep you from closing it like your posture, wrong exercises etc. Hope that helps...

      As soon as 1-2 weeks depending on how consistent you are but many moms are reporting starting to see results that soon xox. Welcome aboard!

    Do you think the intermediate works faster than the beginner exercises? For a quicker healing?

      For sure not...it's a progression because many moms who haven't gone through the first phase will find that they can't do things like straighten their legs without arching their back or coning in their stomach etc. When they can start to strengthen with basics then they can go on to the intermediate ones. The modifiers should help but some moms will find even that difficult. Hope that makes sense xox.
