Fantastic idea with the release bearing NOT. Lets put a hydraulic cylinder inside the bell housing where it gets lots of heat and vibration and if it goes we have to strip everything to get at it. No doubt false economy to do that without replacing clutch and dmf. Whatever happened to the idea opel had years ago on the front wheel drive range. Old clutch out and new one in in under an hour. A few special tools needed but wtf.

That looks like a lot of free play at 6:20 for a new flywheel - both rotationally and up/down, no?
Looks normal to me. Consider that this is when cold. There has to be clearances to allow for expansion.

dual mass flywheel's are a total failure, fit a single mass with springs in the clutch drive plate, the way they used to be for the last hundred and odd year's .
