here is a tutorial removing the clutch and flywheel from audi a4 tdi b8 2.0L diesel 2012 engine .

Brilliant video buddy. Also Brilliant English too. I bought an a4 allroad 2 weeks ago. Soon as I got it the car would shake on power sooooo it needs a flywheel!! It's been in the garage for nearly 2 weeks getting done haha.
I did one of these a couple of years ago. The top starter bolt can be removed without dropping the DPF. It's a bit fiddly, very long extension, UJ connected to the socket and lower the gearbox a little for access. And good eyesight!!
I done it 4 years ago with out talking the DPF too.

Well done you guys I have one in the garage at the moment and the steering rack bolts are seized sold my boss says the box will come out without dropping the steering rack but I don’t think so I will show him your video 👍
How did you get on? Both of mine are ceased so I’m debating taking it out with the rack in situ
@@gavmcp11GT that’s spooky same car back in the workshop today for a timing belt and water pump. Regarding the seized in steering rack bolts tried getting the box past the rack er no chance in the end we just went for it used a three quarter drive breaker bar which didn’t have any flex in it unlike an half inch bar anyway they came out but I have to say it was a bit worrying at the time. @@gavmcp11GT your right about using some heat it will help greatly. Other garages I’ve worked for in the past have had oxyacetylene gear it’s a must have really current garage boss tells me his insurance forbids the use of it so we don’t have it. I’ve taken it upon myself to purchase some map gas canisters and a torch the same as plumbers use while not as hot or versatile as the oxyacetylene set up I’m quite pleased with it.

My 2014 Audi A6Black Edition Ultra 2TDI Clutch pedal got stuck and gearbox started leaking suddenly and it's in a garage now to get clutch and flywheel replacement! I wonder how long a Flywheel usually last?
good job man 😁 i have done a new clutch Sachs set,becouse the old clutc was slipping. Now i have a problem with starting the car... always say press clutch to start the car... i have to press it real hard, more that is normal to start the car. I have changed slave cilinder and master cylinder. do you have any idea what could be the reason? thanks for helping bro 💪

hello, do you have a video when you changed the clutch plate and the pressure plate?
If is 2.0tdi is only 3 bolts if is 3.0tdi is 6 , remember chang gearbox bolts you can use them 2 Times after that bin
Yes is 3 bolts but I did think they were missing but not I have just make te tha first time 😂

you have the Number of the clutch pieces because i have to change mine also but it’s very intrusting the black disc has no spring around and it’s cause a little bit difficulty to search the good one , so if you remember the clutch name and the number of the pieces that gonne help me a lot. Thanks.

Hi bro you need to see when you driving 40mph press gas full down if the Rpm going up and down like losing power.. if yes you have a sleeping clutch .
Hi my clutch was just replaced with a new LUK when the pedal is pressed slightly it makes a rattling sound when the pedal is pressed fully the sound goes away any ideas what this might be many thanks.
Hi wen you change have you you change all set flywheel. Clutch disc. Pressure plate. And. release bearing
@@HugoCalisto It was a solid flywheel so that wasn't changed the kit came with pressure plate, disc and release bearing.

Did you use the clutch with the correct springs rated for a solid flywheel? if they mismatch you will get chatter but the vehicle will run fine.

No, you don't since the cylinder has been dismantled just from the gearbox without touching its own oil line supply.

My buddy has this car. He just purchased a 2016 and asked me to take it for a drive and check out the gear box. Me driving the car, i could not get the car in 2nd gear many many times and had to jump into 3rd. What could be the problem?
Hi probably is the gear box transmission issue ..or the gearbox selector mechanism

Hi is very difficult access but you will be able to turn the crank from the bottom with ratchet tool but you not gonna have much space there.i did that on this way

Hi Tristan my is manual ..if your revs going up and dawn when you press on a gas than yes can be the clutch
